The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent.The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extraordinary range of foods on offer. Service at breakfast was slow on 2 mornings, largely because the staff seemed to be overstretched. The breakfast had been moved to the 1st floor restaurant and the hotel was hosting large functions. It left us feeling second-best. |

The hotel is *****star. A piece of history. Its right at the brattenberg gate, reichstag & the jewish memorial, which by itself is a fabulous piece of art and a must see... The spa, which is absolutely beautiful but the massage which which I booked for 1 and 1/2 hrs was(been on the road traveling for 1 month) quite expensive(would have been ok if good) and I specifically asked him to work on my neck, he never did which really pist me off. He had time! I specifically asked for someone who would work deep, did NOT...very disappointed...even though he had good hands... |

The staff were excellent. We had a couple of problems (neither of them anything to do with the hotel) and the staff were excellent in helping us. |

The fame and the location I had to wait in my room for 20mins for them to bring the room keys, that's ridiculous that caused me being late to my appointment. For you need the key to activate the elevator to your floor. The room was not neatly prepared not matchng up to the name of the hotel. |

L'ambiente e la cortesia di tutto il personale molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Il ristorante-bar all'esterno non è assolutamente all'altezza dell'hotel. I tavoli sguarniti non sono da 5 stelle e il servizio è troppo lento. Abbiamo atteso più di mezz'ora per avere due tartares e una ceasar-salad. Troppo per un Adlon hotel. La Ceasar poi non era buona. |

Sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und Service absolut perfekt. Tolle Atmosphäre. Der Wellnessbereich ist zu klein für so ein großes "Luxus"-Hotel. Gemischte Sauna nur für 2 Personen angenehm Platz. Damensauna auch nur für 2 Personen. Ruheraum bei den jeweiligen Saunen auch nur für je 2 Personen. Liegen im Hallenbad nur ca. 10 Stk.!!! ? |
