This is one of Berlin's best hotels. Rich in history and close to all major site-seeing places. The hotel staff was impeccable. The rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to be treated well, and indulge into some aristocratic living. Definitely a 5-Star hotel. |

The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and staff were attentive. The location is wonderful - right at the Brandenberg Tor, walking distance to nearly everything. Housekeeping stopped in at 11 pm (we were asleep). Charging 25 Euros/day for internet seems excessive given the high price of the rooms. |

The hotel is beautiful with really nice facilites (especially the pool area). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location, right next to the Brandenburg Gate is superb. |

This hotel was top notch in every way I expect a luxury hotel to be. The property is lovely, the rooms are well appointed, and the staff was extremely accomodating. The morning breakfast was perfect and the concierge who helped us navigate Berlin dining at fabulous resturants was spectacular. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent.The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extraordinary range of foods on offer. Service at breakfast was slow on 2 mornings, largely because the staff seemed to be overstretched. The breakfast had been moved to the 1st floor restaurant and the hotel was hosting large functions. It left us feeling second-best. |

The hotel is *****star. A piece of history. Its right at the brattenberg gate, reichstag & the jewish memorial, which by itself is a fabulous piece of art and a must see... The spa, which is absolutely beautiful but the massage which which I booked for 1 and 1/2 hrs was(been on the road traveling for 1 month) quite expensive(would have been ok if good) and I specifically asked him to work on my neck, he never did which really pist me off. He had time! I specifically asked for someone who would work deep, did NOT...very disappointed...even though he had good hands... |

extrême professionalisme de tout le pesonnel ; qualité remarquable de toutes les prestations de l'hôtel ; mention particulière pour le buffet du petit déjeuner. 2 détails : nous avons pu avoir le journal Le Monde livré gratuitement dans notre chambre et le jour de la Saint Nicolas une petite surprise attendait tous les clients devant leur chambre |

Vennlig og forekommende betjening i hele linjen. Som hotell for kombinasjonen jobb og avslapning var dette utmerket. Flott opplevelse og en fin gave til min kone som var med som ledsager på denne reisen. |

Das Hotel besticht natürlich durch seine Lage. Bundestag, rote Rathaus , Museumsinsel, Dom, Oper, alles bequem zu Fuß zu errreichen. W-Lan sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel kostenlos zu empfangen sein. |

Ontzettend mooi en verschrikkelijk luxe hotel in het hart van Berlijn. Ligging is echt perfect en de metro ligt voor de deur. Teveel etiquette uit het boekje, een menselijk gezicht hoort er ook bij. |
