The courtesy of the staff. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The food was good and there was a nice ambience. It was difficult to find my way from my room to the swimming pool - the directions need to be clearer or a map provided! |

The location is just wonderful, great for site seeing and shopping. The Hotel Adlon has great history to it. The rooms are a little small for a 5star hotel and the air conditioning is not great. Their limo pick up at the Airport for a family is not worthy of the cost. |

The most impressive Hotel I have ever stayed at! My rating 10 stars. Was disappointed when we went to same Hotel in Munich - it was shocking! The building was unmaintained, the staff was not accommodating like the Berlin Kempinski - sad as it is rated the same star, and we feel we didn't get value for money. Berlin Kempinski staff wonderful, service excellence - almost felt like Royalty! Thank you. |

Excellent luxury hotel, near the Brandenburg Gate and the Museums island. Very good service and food. A bit far from public transportation due to the usual works on Unter Den Linden. |

Our room was located on the newer wing and it was very nice and quiet. The room looked beautiful. The bathroom was very well decorated and equipped with nice bathtub (minerals for spa), separate shower and double sinks (the Toilet was in separate room). The Spa / Pool area was very well taken care of and the staff were friendly and helpful. |

Great service,........... fantastic breakfast.........helpful staff Filming on the last day of our stay dispurted our stay, hard to get into hotel, taxis inconvenienced. Filming should not be in the middle of the day. |

Good Location,Not far to walk to attractions,Starbucks across the road,English speaking,nothing was to much.Great pool and spa,son loved it. Missed off some items on room service on both nights,no problem as sorted straight away. |

This is one of Berlin's best hotels. Rich in history and close to all major site-seeing places. The hotel staff was impeccable. The rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to be treated well, and indulge into some aristocratic living. Definitely a 5-Star hotel. |

The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and staff were attentive. The location is wonderful - right at the Brandenberg Tor, walking distance to nearly everything. Housekeeping stopped in at 11 pm (we were asleep). Charging 25 Euros/day for internet seems excessive given the high price of the rooms. |
