This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I enjoyed both times immensely. Rooms were immaculate ; staff most helpfull and pleasant; food was delicious. I am looking foward very much to my next stay in the winter.

The hotel is very elegant and classy.In the reception they gave us a glass of prosecco.The swimming pool and sauna area was beautiful. In the lobby there is a piano bar what makes a nice atmospfere. The room is quite big and very nice bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!! I liked it so much!!!!!!! I didn't like spa!!!! It wasn't beautiful and it's too small . The masaage was only for my back( I ordered all body) and the manicure was really amatour( the same lady made massage and manicure!!!). The parking underground could be cheaper.

A superb hotel! In the heart of things - perfectly located. Excellent service, high standard and relaxing comfort. The water temperature in the shower varied a bit too much, from cold to burning hot in a split second. Do not know if it is a general problem at the hotel or just in the room we stayed in.

The hotel is too busy with being known... Not an hotel for people who are expecting high end service as it is in other Kempinski hotels around the world.

Location is very good. Just right in front of the berlin gate. Hotel room is luxury. The bed is very soft and confortable. Food is very good. Service is excellent. Very good choice!

this was the only place i can ever remember staying that had FRESH FLOWERS in my room. I felt like a VIP. The service was amongst the best we've ever experienced -- the staff is extremely well trained and every single person we worked with during our stay was positively excellent. The value for the money is remarkable. This is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in and the price was quite reasonable. (we were there in the off season). The drinks in the bar were a bit expensive. But the service and the comfortable surroundings made up for it.
