The location was excellent, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also excellent. The location was perfect for me, near the boiling hot springs (Kochbrunnen) and only a few blocks from the pedestrian area with great restaurants and shopping, but also close to Neroberg and wilderness. The best Kebab place in Wiesbaden is right down the street and open very late. Highly recommended. |

Small and friendly hotel with very helpful staff who speak good English.. Extensive buffet continental breakfast included. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Bus stops to station etc very close. |

The staff was great, good breakfast, lovely dining room, very homey room, quiet, pleanty of hot water, very close to the spa (why we went) Very limited street parking, the towles were a bit rough, the bed was a bit hard. |

Mir hat insbesondere die sehr nette Betreuung und das zuvorkommende Verhalten sehr gut gefallen. Guter Sevice auch bei frühem Einchecken. Die Hellhörigkeit. Stechender Geruch im Badezimmer. |

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück nicht besonders groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Bei einer Spätanreise gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Telefon auf dem Zimmer zu nutzen, da man vorab sich dies freisschalten lassen muss vom Personal. Kein Personal nach 21:00 Uhr, daher kein Telefon bei Anreise um 23:00 Uhr. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Einzelzimmer sehr eng. Bad und Eingangsbereich mit Dachschräge, für grosse Personen nicht zu empfehlen. |

Das Haus hat einen eigenen, persönlichen Stil. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und das Personal ist um das Wohl des Gastes sehr bemüht ohne dabei zu aufdringlich zu sein, was für die familiäre Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr förderlich ist. |

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avulias. Hintaansa nähden aamupala oli mm. vaatimaton. Kahden hengen huoneet varsin eritasoisia. Minibaari pitäisi olla kolmen tähden luokitelluissa hotelleissa. |

Sehr nettes Personal - war sehr hilfreich bei später Ankunft - persönlich freundliche Atmosphäre - anständiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer war sauber - Einrichtung einfach aber OK Absolut keine relistische Parkmöglichkeit in den engen z.T. einspurigen Gassen um das Hotel herum - musste schliesslich im Casinoprarkhaus - ca 6 Gehminutenentfernt für 24 Euro pro Tag parken (das rechne ich auf den Preis des Hotels quasi oben drauf). Zudem SEHR hellhörig - habe den Herrn in meinem Nachbarzimmer zum Glück nur schnarchen (! |

Die Matratze war gut - auch für Rückengeplagte eine entspannte Nacht. Schön war der Wasserkocher mit dem Teeangebot auf dem Zimmer. Der Dusche könnte man statt des lästigen Vorhangs mal eine richtige Abtrennung gönnen. |
