The Schinderhannes cycle path - named after the famous bandit - is an enjoyable way of exploring the surrounding area.
The airport shuttle service operates from 04:00 until 10:00, and again from 16:00 until 01:00. Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to use the shuttle service outside of these hours.

The incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I also appreciated the obvious hard work that has gone into making this a viable business. Thirdly, I liked the cleanliness and the fact that there was no smoking allowed anywhere (although that did not stop one of the staff members from smoking just outside the front door! The beds were very basic. Maybe a slighter better mattress?Also, the hotel claims to have sound-proof rooms.... I can't see how that is possible.The breakfast at 7 euro 50 is a rip-off. Lastly, this is not really what I would call an hotel -- it is more like a budget hostel. |

The hotel was close to the airport, quiet and clean. When we arrived the reception was empty and we had to sit around for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to attend to us. The TV in the room was on standby and the remote control didn't work, therefore we could not watch it! The shower head was broken and would not stay in an upright position. The bed creaked with every movement. The breakfast was awful. |

Free shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport (call them when you arrive to the airport). Clean & spacy rooms. Very kind staff, but they seem to be tired/annoyed in the afternoons. Excellent budget choice for your one night stay close to the Hahn airport. Wi-Fi is weak, shower pressure may be very low. The hotel offers you a drive to local restaurants in Sohren (there are three places to choose: Italian, Steak and Mexican). None of these restaurants is actually a good value for your money (especially Italian). I recommend you to eat at one of the airport's restaurants - it's cheaper, better and not even full in the evenings. |

The shuttle service, the shuttle to restaurant and also to the supermarket. The staff was very helpful. And it is a good low cost hotel. The waiting time for the shuttle service. When you travel with kids and arrive late you wish for a priority among guests. |

Cheap & clean. Easy access to the Airport at Frankfurt-hahn. The facilties to plug things in to the wall:- why were extentions plugged in to the wall & sockets left on the floor? Why have the plug in facilities not made tidy eg not wall mounted - for health & safety purposes if nothing else? |
