Really very far from the airport, very good transfer service and value for money

Worst shuttle service ever! When arriving back at the airport I called the shuttle number. Lady told us to find her outside terminal b in 1 min. I called her back saying we couldn't find her. 2 minutes later we found her and she was loading others I the shuttle and she told us she couldn't wait, we weren't the only arrivals, and if I didn't like it we could call a cab or wait 30 minutes for another shuttle. We waited never saw the shuttle and called back, found her a second time and again she loaded others in the car! Do not use This horrible service!!!!

We've been there twice. The first time after 40 minutes we even didn't to get on the shuttle (because too crowded)which they promised in 15 mins. After all, we took a cab to the "hotel". The second time, we took a cab by ourselves to there. And we waited around 1 and half hour to wait the staff came and check in. There were 5 of us even a kid. Imagine it, after 4 hours trip, cold , after midnight, in the middle of nowhere. We called the stuff 4 times and each time he told us he will be there in 15 minutes. Eventually he came after 1 and half hour.

It was said airport transfer is free, but I was charged 7 euros when arriving, and I was asked to leave two hour before it was appointed. Room was small and hotel noisy. I would like to get my 7 euro back. If I`d have known I would have chosen more cheap and more comfortable hotel.

The hotel was very clean and just 10 min to Airport.

Early morning I saw some guests who were waiting for hotel's shuttle but it was not on time and we just could help two of them by my car for going to airport. You can imagine how much it is stressful that you may lose your flight.

Staff, I dont like the stuff at all. Before going to the hotel I was sending email with questions about transfer I got only the telephone number. When we came we called to the hotel and the person told as that we had to order it before, I told I did send the mail, so when the man came there were 6 person he told us we had to wait or catch the taxi. We catched the taxi and when we came we were waiting the person from reception for almost 1 hour. He was so slowly and there were so much customers than we got our rooms key only after 30 minutes. Everything in this hotel makes u think that u are in prison - everything is forbidden. And u have to pay for everithing even if they call for taxi for U. I will suggest this hotel to nobody.

I dont have recept about my stay. I ask recept but they give only internet adress.

Helpful staff. Kebab restaurant less than 100m away. Really good value for money.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The location was very near the airport. I liked that they have an airport shuttle.

The staff was not rude, but they were not overly nice either.

The hotel is 5min drive from the Hahn airport. It offers free transfers to the hotel - but this was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. The taxi fare was ~9 Euro. The hotel shuttle charged us 11 Euro for the return journey. We got a v good price for our advanced booking, but if you add the 20 Euro fare from the airport and back, it may pay off to stay within a walking distance. The receptionist/manager was v pleasant and helpful and spoke several languages, which was nice.

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge, rather than go back and fetch it from the reception, but we're talking a 5 meter walk, so no harm done.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The shuttle bus is little bit expensive and taxi costs the same for more than 2 people.

Nothing. Its a trap.I had to wait 35 min. in the cold until they did pick me up and had to call repeatedly but they were busy with other guests. The dinner place they told me to be just second lane right, was half a village away and turned out to be the worst fastfood I had in a couple of years. In need of anything I ordered a pizza which I vomited an hour later.There is virtually nowhere to go else if you don't travel by car.

Service, location and comfort are the lowest necessary level just for the business as usual to keep up. This place should not be offered through Booking. Its a shame for Booking.....

- There were not enough people to take upon the checking. - Savings were clearly the value for the owners. Heating for the lobby etc... were off. - Breakfast was expensive 12€

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice.

It would be nice to have lamps on the wall by the beds so one can read in bed.

We stayed here because of our early flight out of Hahn. The staff was prompt with both dropping us off at the airport and picking us up.

Parking is not on site, though it is still convenient.
