Food shop is far away - 15 min on foot. It is not possible to take some food, if late arrive. |

Free shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport (call them when you arrive to the airport). Clean & spacy rooms. Very kind staff, but they seem to be tired/annoyed in the afternoons. Excellent budget choice for your one night stay close to the Hahn airport. Wi-Fi is weak, shower pressure may be very low. The hotel offers you a drive to local restaurants in Sohren (there are three places to choose: Italian, Steak and Mexican). None of these restaurants is actually a good value for your money (especially Italian). I recommend you to eat at one of the airport's restaurants - it's cheaper, better and not even full in the evenings. |

Great price right by the airport. You park for free and they shuttle you to the airport, even at 4am. Very accomidating. Beds a little hard. |

Free shuttle to local restuarants Website(booking.com) did not say that car parking was off site (10 minutes away - so couldn't bring overnight bag to the car - were travelling with hand baggage only on Ryanair the next day) |

It was right in town which was close to the family. Walking distance to the Pub. Parking arrangements, no telephone in room, could have extended times for coffee machine. |

the staff. They were really kind.It's place in a small village so they offer you another places were to go, they give you a lift for free and the places are very nice, no expensive. Chapeau about facilities, you have what you pay. It has a very good quality-Price |

For the price that I paid, the stay was good. The hotel is clean but very basic.Overall for the price, it is a good hotel. The number given to me to call to arrange a pick up was a mobile number. When I called the number it did not go through and I did not understand the recorded message said to me in German. I asked the lady at Eurocar in the hahn airport to help me. She then made the call and said that it would not go through, then recommended that I go to the information. I was given a phone number that then worked and received my pick up. This experience at the end of a long bus ride was a bit frustrating. I told the person who picked me up in the car about this situation and he insisted that I perhaps did not dial the right number before the mobile number ( I cannot remember if its 0 or what) as his mobile was turned on. |

the rooms and the location I had to wait for the free pick up almost an hour and there was no apology. Since the landing was very late, and the weather was cold and I also had an early trip in the next morning, this was not a pleasant experience at all. Unfortunately most attention was placed on driving customers to airport than actually being at the hotel for customers, and even that with delays. I had to also wait half an hour to get my room key in the evening. A simple solution would be just one more person at the hotel at all times with a more organized management, would make the whole experience a lot better. The hotel location is great, the rooms are very nice, but without a proper customer service it is really a pity it all has no value. |

This hotel is very close to Frankfurt Hahn Airport and the fact that it has its own shuttle bus to the airport is fantastic. Excellent value for money and if you book in advance it's even cheapen. The rooms were very basic, but exceptionally clean. Would deffinitely book again. |

Very friendly & helpful staff. Easy to find. Free parking available for the whole trip when flying from Frankfurt Hahn airport. The hotel was very quiet and had all the basic necessities. The free wireless internet connection was very slow. It seemed impossible to find anything to eat at a walking distance from the hotel after 9 p.m. - the hotel staff offered to drive guest to a nearby restaurant, though, so absolutely no reasn to critizice them. |

Convenience to airport. They promised a prompt pickup at airport. Did not happen. The desk clerk had to do the passenger pickup, and he was overtaxed. We waited for 45 minutes after he had promised to pick us up within 15 minutes. |

Great value for the money! Hotel rooms are simple but very clean. Bathroom is clean as well, and bathroom amneties are provided. There is a heater in the room, so you will not get cold in winter. Shuttle bus service is excellent! Greetings to bus drivers Sasha and Vladimir! They met us at the airport, brought to the hotel and then drove us to the nearest village to the bar. And no extra charges for this service! Wi-fi coverage might be extended. Although there are wifi hotspots on each floor, I wasn't able to connect to the wireless network from my room. Might be that wi-fi routers were just misconfigured. |
