Score from 2142 reviews Good
The WiFi is acceptable, but it's limited and expired at midnight of the last night of your stay. It would have been better if you can get unlimited internet until you check out
Very clean rooms, large bathroom
Too far from the center
The reception was gentle and efficient.Very good cleaning room.
It was disgusting to make breakfast in a very dirty location. It's unacceptable having a table with only a dirty runner and not well wash dishes. The floor was uncleaned. The espresso wasn't included in the prepaid menù breakfast.
Good location, easy access by public transport to the city center. Spacious, bright, comfortable room with a large bed. Tasty breakfast and kind staff.
During our visit were changed room furniture and our belongings were moved without prior notice. There is a set of Internet use restriction of 250 mb, although it was not mentioned in booking.com.
The rooms very clean and tidy. Nothing special about equipment but it was nice after all.
A bit far away from Berlin, also parking was chargable near the hotel, although it was free on the streets.
Really great staff!
Super staff, great service.
Nothing maybe the location, it's in the outskirts of Berlin.
Nice clean hotel, cheap rooms close to my place of work in Berlin.
Get a room on the backside of the Hotel, unless you want to wake up every day at 6:00. There is a lot of noise from the trains (Sbahn). In the breakfast room the music is too loud and too annoying. Who plays Adelle and Passenger over and over again during breakfast? Staff at breakfast was a bit grumpy.
The hotel is central with stores around. The staff were great.
Good location, only a short walk to S bahn. Nice and friendly staff. We had a huge family suite, holding more beds then we needed (we ordered and payed for 6 beds we had 10 in the 2 spacious rooms). Backside rooms are very quiet. Good value for the money
Bit outdated interieur (we stayed on the first floor and renovations started at 3rd floor) One night was noisy (we can't blame the hotel for that, some guest drunk more than they should have..)
It was clean and facilities were quite ok for value beside bed
We booked 4 bed room which was shown 28 m2 in internet however room was 12 m2 and not spacious at all.Addittionally they charged 6 eur for parking eventhough hotel is quite far from hotel.
-Extremely close to S-bahn (maybe 3 minute walk). -Comfy, modern rooms. -Kaiser's supermarket within 5min walk. -Large bathroom. -24 hour reception. -I saw signs for an elevator, but not sure exactly where it was, so took the stairs. -Restaurant on site (we didn't try it, but would be convenient if needed).
-Wifi is a complete joke! They advertise having 'free wifi' when really, you get 200mb for 12hours within a 48hour period (so don't forget to log out at night)! Basically it runs out after any of these 3 conditions, whichever comes first. If you run out, it costs €5 for 5gb, which would've been very reasonable, had they not boasted free wifi. Oh and the signal is strong, but the speed is awful. Maybe close to dial- up speed! Just a really bad system. -No a/c, got pretty got in the room. -No mini fridge or kettle to make tea/coffee. -A couple things needed fixing, (eg shower door) but generally a very nice room. - Housekeeping on check out. This got me really quite angry. When checking in, we were told check out was 12pm, which we planned to make use of since our train wasn't until 12:45pm and we didn't want to lug our bags around all morning. The morning we were due to check out, house keeping came in at 9am when we were still in bed!!! They then came at 10am, 10:30am and 10:45am. How bloody hard is it to co-ordinate with the front desk to see if the guests have checked out yet?! This was really irritating!! The main reasons I wouldn't stay again are, the appalling wifi, and the location is a little too far out of the city centre, but public transport is very handy. If you don't mind no wifi and being 15-25mins train from main attractions, I think you'd be pretty happy with your stay for €55/night for 2 people. They could really use a/c for summer months though (pretty hot in early July).
Room was clean.
Very hot room no air-conditioning or fan available. Very noisy early in the morning 6am due to Building recycling and concrete plant behind the hotel. Car parking of €6 per day is outrageous in this part of Berlin and at the location!!!
1. Front desk was very helpful and very kind in finding place helped me to take decision to visit good and proper place 2. Room was quite big and beds were comfortable. 3. Room was clean 4. very near to S U Bhan
1. I went to the Breakfast room with bear foot requesting for a milk and the bar tender humiliated me and asked me to the get out of the kitchen and pushed me out. He was very arrogant and there was a racism from him to me. I was very much disappointed with this. 2. I extended one night more and they charged me 110Euro which was quite expensive. Also there was an hidden cost for car parking which was not know to us. 3. Inside bath room, doors of bath cabins were not working properly, was not able to close completely, when taking bath it was spilling out. Also they was no minimum required toiletries. 4. Water in the bath tub was taking too long time to getting drained. After informing they said repairer will come in 5 min but he never turned out. But after informing second time he came and repaired it, but even then it was fixed only for 30%. 5. One of the light in the room was not working and asked them to fix it but they never did that. 6. When we moved in for the first day there was no towels and we had to request it 7. Toilet was not cleaned properly.
Good value for money, clean room
Gloomy interior, location next to industrial sites (but convenient access to the S-Bahn)
Very friendly and helpfull personnel, very kind surprise with the two small bottles of water left on the table for us after all day walking in the city- we are very thankful for this, clean bathroom supplied with the hygienic materials it is very importante for the good impression which we beared from me this hotel!
Wi-fi connection was not as we expected...strange connection of the hair dryer to the power socket scared us a bit... :-)
Very friendly stuff!
The bed was very unsteadily, if you just moved you could hear a loud noise WiFi was not working in the room
Very close to a station that allows easy access to all of Berlin sights. The staff were always helpful. The beds were comfortable and despite the location being on a road the room was very quite. Great value for money!
The breakfast was not fantastic value with limited choice.
It is located in a quiet place.
The hotel was a bit far away from Berlin city center.
Location was good and the staff was really cool and helpful. The rooms looked pretty modern and lots of light from the big windows. I drove with family and didn't need to drive my car outside of finding food the first night we arrived. Being literally 3 minutes walk from the metro was probably the best feature.
Parking was an extra 6.50 Euro a night, granted it comes with traveling by car in Europe. However, for the money we paid I'd extra parking to be provided. The room wasn't as clean as we had expected. The phone didn't work in the room and restaurant that was attached never served their actual menu.
good value for money
The room / bathroom were clean One member of staff (Aladin) was most helpful and did his utmost to resolve an initial problem over payment
It was too far away from the centre although the rail connection was good and the train station is quite close. The price we paid for parking was E6.00 per day not E4.00 There was initial confusion over the rate to be paid, which caused initial irritation, but Aladin was very helpful
It is really clean.
The Wi-Fi is really bad. Suppose u were a foreign traveler without understanding a word of German. That means the tv is useless. And this Wi-Fi in the hotel is so slow even watch on the YouTube which is really terrible.
- Location, close to the S-bahn.
- The staff who arranged breackfast was not friendly at all, the rest was oké. - Beds were squeaky - Breakfast was not so good.
