The location is perfect for the old town, within walking distance of many of the sites and lots of traditional cafes and bars.

Our room was at the front of the hotel; although the road was closed because of roadworks, it was still noisy. More suited to business than leisure.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. The location was excellent for seeing Nuremberg on foot.

The shower turned from warm to very hot on it's own and back to cool without adjusting.

I was able to get a passcode for wifi (but since the reception phone wasn't answered, had to go to reception to get a code). The code worked for one device, but then when I tried to get online on my laptop, access to the internet was barred by the server saying the code was already taken. Very annoying. Then in the morning, when trying to log-in neither code worked so no wifi. Make the wifi open!

The central location, perfect both for visiting city and fair, comfort, quiet, clean, excellent breakfast, good wi-fi connection, staff present and serviceable.

In winter, the room was warm and cozy. Comfortable bed.

Inconvenient to use the wifi - you need to re-enter your password after each disconnection.

Location. Few mins walking distance to albrecht durer house & the castle plus karstadt not far at all. Room was very clean, compfortable bed. Free wifi very convenient. Overall a good hotel.

Very noisy if you want to sleep in, you can hear the maid walking up & down the hall constantly plus I could hear vacuuming. The shower is inconsistant, I kept getting hot & cold bursts.

I liked the hotel very much. It's comfortable and the staff is friendly. I've chosen it for its central location and homely atmosphere. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Year Eve.

The size of the rooms differs and we had to change our initial room for a bigger one. But I should say that the staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Nice hotel located inside the old town, Christmas Market just less than 5min walk, one of the castle gate just at the corner, perfect location!

Clean and tidy place. Quiet from sur-rounding. Close to city center. Far away from.train station. Good breakfast.

Location is very close to the Christmas market, but inconvenient from main train station. Taxi will be charge around 6.30. However it's depends on driver which road he/she choose...

Great staff, great breakfast,everything was wonderful.location was great. We have already booked this hotel again. Traveling with 2 teenagers can be difficult. We had 2 adjoining rooms which suited us perfectly. Spa and sauna are wonderful..

The hotel was well situated to all the sights of the old town and the Christmas markets. It was clean and well organised. Breakfast was very good-an enjoyable stay.
