No Wi-fi - the one they had was seriously 5 Euro an hour. No air condition in the room, room was pretty warm.

Ease of access from the autobahn. Ease of access to Munchen via the S-bahn. Excellent breakfast room and menu. Very comfortable room and unusually quiet.

Able to catch the bus to the train station to Oktoberfest. More affordable since it was out of Munich....took about 40 minutes to get to Oktoberfest. Inexpensive transportation for 3 under 10 Euros. Friendly staff...recommended nearby Greek restaurant. Great breakfast buffet!

Overpriced but it's the time of year...still cheaper than Munich! Normally would stay in Munich but this time of year, this hotel was a great find! So nothing we didn't like.

The room is comfortable,the staff are helpful. We can use the painter and it is free.

It is too far away from Munich. No wifi in room, only in lobby. Better show how to take the bus to there, we walked almost 30 minutes to the hotel with our heavy luggages from train station to hotel. If we know how to take the bus, will be much better.

Hotel recently refurbished so everything relatively new.Good size room,very clean,excellent breakfast,beds comfortable.Our room to the rear of the hotel was quiet and soundproofing between rooms seems very effective.Ottobrun is a pleasant residential area with good transport links and nearby restaurants, bakers, cafes, chemist, florist etc.Free internet access via desktop computer/printer on ground floor.Staff helpful with generally good English language skills.

5 Euros a night for air conditioning to be on in room and control panel for it in our room didn't work i.e. it was on or off and only through master controls at reception (which is not manned through the night) - therefore too hot if off or progressively too cold when on.Normal room price is reasonable/appropriate but becomes expensive if your stay coincides with an exhibition in Munich (which are numerous through the year) or the Oktoberfest.

Warm staff, pleasant atmosphere, not a chain hotel and run by the owner which makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was very good in presentation, quality, and value for money

Bus stop was in front of hotel made it easy to travel into Munich. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff could not be more helpful during our visit as we were arriving from salzburg late we had someone stay on reception until we arrived to collect the keys for our rooms then kindly ordered us a cab for a well deserved drink or two , but if you'd asked me me where the cab driver took us have not a clue but a great choice of a watering hole

Friendly staff and very clean hotel and rooms. Beds comfortable and excellent breakfast in the morning. Located in a nice suburb of munich with good public transport to the city by frequent bus (approx 10 mins to underground station) then Underground to city (approx 15 mins)

Triple room bit too small.

The room are very confortable and all the service is good.

The only thing I don't like is the wi-fi. They supply the hot spot wi-fi by dt and for 1 hour 5 Euro is too much.

Hotel was very adequate for my needs. It is well located is you are planing to be in the south of Munich. Hotel is clean and tidy and the staff helpful.
