Personnel was very polite and open. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is near the city center and ideal for travellers without car.

Free internet is option that can be recommended in future.

We have visited on several occasions and the staff are very friendly, and customer focussed. The breakfast is unhurried and excellent. The hotel is in the old town and walkable to most places in Bonn.

We found this hotel one of the nicest we have stayed at, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms use top quality fittings and and are cleaned to a very high standard, the bed is very comfortable the room nice and warm which was great as we were at the Christmas markets a short 5 minute walk away. the buffet style breakfast was plentiful and fresh we enjoyed it very much. I pre booked the hotel car park, however there was an alternative multistory car park a short distance away. This Hotel is very well situated for road, rail or tram travel. Cologne is a 30 minute train trip. I have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel. I would certainly use it again if I was in the area.

Very good location, extremely nice and helpfull staf, good breakfast. Cheap internet (5 euro for 10 hours).Cheap parking, but very narrow (they have 2 of them,of which one is not too close - 300m). A big plus for bicycle renting. Definitely would come back.

I really liked this hotel. It's comfortable, has quirky design elements, real art on it's walls, the windows open onto the rooftop, it's a great area full of cafes, beer houses, galleries, bookshops, antiques shops, and really close to the city market areas. Thoroughly recommend it.

Dass man für das Internet bezahlen muss. Das ist in vielen Hotels in D so und ist sehr kleinlich, weil das Hotel ohnehin eine Flatrate hat. Das wäre ein angemessener Service.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ruhig. Es gab Lebensmittel aus fairem Handel und Bio Anbau. Man konnte ein fahrrad leihen.

Service sehr freundlich. Zimmer recht geräumig, ziemlich frisch renoviert. Daher alles bestens in Ordnung. Frühstücksraum etwas eng, aber sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage zur Bonner Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof sehr gut.
