The staff here are very attentive and helpful. We were able to make reservation changes via email. The breakfast is excellent and Maria greets you with a smile every morning. The rooms are quiet and of reasonable size. Hotel parking. Was secure and only a short walk away. I would return again!

Personnel was very polite and open. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is near the city center and ideal for travellers without car.

Free internet is option that can be recommended in future.

We found this hotel one of the nicest we have stayed at, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms use top quality fittings and and are cleaned to a very high standard, the bed is very comfortable the room nice and warm which was great as we were at the Christmas markets a short 5 minute walk away. the buffet style breakfast was plentiful and fresh we enjoyed it very much. I pre booked the hotel car park, however there was an alternative multistory car park a short distance away. This Hotel is very well situated for road, rail or tram travel. Cologne is a 30 minute train trip. I have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel. I would certainly use it again if I was in the area.

Very good location, extremely nice and helpfull staf, good breakfast. Cheap internet (5 euro for 10 hours).Cheap parking, but very narrow (they have 2 of them,of which one is not too close - 300m). A big plus for bicycle renting. Definitely would come back.

Nice hotel, in a very good location and with a very interesting price when you are on a low budget. The room was nice and had lots of space. A bed, a desk, a sofa, wardrobe, tv, a very small kitchen and the bathroom.

Wireless Internet access is not complementary and must be payed in packets of minutes.

I really liked this hotel. It's comfortable, has quirky design elements, real art on it's walls, the windows open onto the rooftop, it's a great area full of cafes, beer houses, galleries, bookshops, antiques shops, and really close to the city market areas. Thoroughly recommend it.

Gute Lage, ruhig (hatte Zimmer zum Hof) und doch mitten in der Bonner Altstadt. Keine 5 min zur Strassenbahn.

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen,familiäre Atmosphäre,Zimmer (Nr-310) modern u. schön eingerichtet.Frühstück lecker und gute Produkte( Bio) Gute zentrale Lage.

schlafen mit gekipptem fenster nicht gut möglich-abends/nachts (durch bistros in der nähe) lärm auf der straße.

останавливался в triple, номер большой, оборудован кухней, у отеля небольшой гараж-паркинг по приемлемой цене. WiFi недорогой, хорошая скорость. до центра старого города 5 минут пешком.

- freundliche und sehr nette Begrüßung im Hotel - Servicepersonal ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - Frühstücksbüffett reichhaltig, frische, wohlschmeckende Produkte, sogar der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet - sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum - wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen

- Parkplatzsituation etwas ungünstig, da Hotelparkplätze sehr schnell ausgebucht sind und man dann doch eine längere Strecke zum nächsten Parkplatz laufen muß (hauptsächlich bei der Rückreise wegen des Gepäcks)
