A very clean and quiet hotel close to local shops, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the u and s bahn. 24 hour reception made our arrival and check in very easy. A good value clean hotel which I would recommend to others. Wif-Fi access was good enough. |

Female staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen attendant and breakfast was wonderful. Surly male in reception - did not even say goodbye when I left. |

The pillows were big and nice. And the location is great. We changed our reservation from twin bedroom to double bedroom for an extra cost, still, when we arrived, we got two separate beds pushed together. They couldn´t get us an double bed but promised that we wouldn´t have to pay the extra cost.(Disapointing but ok) When it was time to check out, they still made us pay the extra cost! What did we pay extra for? Pushing two beds together? The staff at the reception were very comfusing and unproffessional. And it´s more of a 2 star hotel than 3. I will never stay at this hotel again. Service minded? Don´t think so... |

evrything2 broom cupboards, both on different levels, so if you wanted to use the bathroom, you had to walk down 4 steps, open the door to the hall, go into the hall where the next door along was 3 feet away on the same side, then unlock that door, go down three more stairs, to a bathroom/toilet, and when finished had to do it all again to go into my room, ...up the stairs in the bathroom to the door , , into the hall way, walk three feet to my room door, up four steps to my roomboth bathroom and bedroom were seprate, and were about 4M x 2.5 m, on split levels....absolutley the worst hotel/rooms i have ever stayed in. |

This hotel is placed to a convenient place for those who want to visit Messe. It is opposite to the metro station but the advantages for this hotel stop exactly here. Rooms are needed a good rennovation as well as the total cleanness. The breakfast must be also upgraded. |

The location is excellent if you are attending an event at the Olympiastadia. Access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are excellent. The S-Bahn is across the street and the U-Bahn is 2 blocks away. The single room was small but clean. The breakfast was also good. Some of the desk clerks are friendlier than others |

The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was a convenient location The carpet in our room was very dirty. We reserved a parking spot 6 weeksin advance and they didn't hold it. Gave it to others then said there was no waiting list, first come first serve, upon next inquiry asked if we were on the liist. Also the shower water temperature fluctuates greatly. Also it is a bit of a red light distriict. |

old building though new bathroom.Basic 3star hotel.Breakfast - staff excellent.Fast wireless internet with the usual distance problems if you are little bit far from the antenna - but it worked fine for me.It was very good for the money paid. Very convenient transportation using U and S bahn. The curtains were rather thin and every morning I was awaken at 4.40 because of the sun - however just me not the rest of the family. |

The location is great for the U bahn and S bahn train lines with both being within 5 minutes walk. The location is in a red light area, and the hotel is on the street with several dodgy looking bars and strip clubs.Which, although not a problem for us, could put some off. |
