Shuttle naar de luchthaven is gratis. Geen lift, overal tapijt, triestig interieur, rokerig gebouw en dito kamer. Totaal verouderd. |

Room and staff was good, but, the most terrible thing is restaurant. this hotel does not have restaurant for dinner. and the staff recommand us dinner at sister hotel with shuttle service. but in sister hotel the price was awesome. 5.1 euro per one beer of half liter ! |

Excellent location right by Hamburg Airport; this is the only reason to book in this hotel. It was extremely difficult to find my room because of misleading signs; and I had to negotiate several flights of stairs and long, winding pasageways with heavy luggage. At €90 the price is awfully high, and it was really insulting to be charged an extra €10 for buffet breakfast. |

The confort of this hotel was quite good and near the aiport Sunday morning we aqvons had breakfast at the hotel around 9.15 am .. for a 3 star hotel, it is scandalous that there was only one employee to manage the reception and restaurant! We pay 20 € (10 € per person) and the buffet was totally empty, there were a few slices of salami and yoghurt ... tables not cleaned .. we were forced to do some cleaning for us to install .. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. the room was clean. breakfast was fresh. the telephone number listed on the booking site was incorrect. this caused me some problems in requesting an ariport pickup from the shuttle bus. Also, there were no english channles, like BBC or CNN. |

Leonardo is that kind of hotel you don't expect much from, but it surprises you in a good way. Room's big enough, and they have air- conditioning and soundproofed windows (otherwise it would be impossible to sleep there, since Hamburg's Fuhlsbuettel airport is only 500m away). I would defin They don't have a lift and that can be a problem, since most people who travel by plane carry at least one heavy piece of luggage. But hotel staff is very friendly and will help you carry on your stuff or store them in the luggage room. Also, they don't serve lunch or dinner - just snacks. They will take you to a restaurant at another hotel nearby (Mercure), which is a 4 min. Ride by shuttle, but that only makes it a little better, since Mercure's restaurant is kind of expensive... |

The room was fairly large. Had a lovely bath. Liked the Airport shuttle both ways. Girl at breakfast next morning was helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Girl on reception on arrival wasn't welcoming. The light meal for dinner was luke warm and straight out of a can. |

The driver picked us up at the airport and was very cordial. The check-in staff was very efficient and friendly---and spoke English, a big plus. The room was spacious and there was a huge bathtub in the bathroom-great to soak in after a long walk. Proximity to airport helpful. |

If you are catching an early flight or coming in late, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay. It was reasonably priced and everyone was very accommodating. It is very close to the Hamburg airport and provides a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. They provide an excellent breakfast buffet that provides both American and German breakfast foods. Do not use on-line directions for finding hotel. Call the hotel directly for directions. The hotel does not have an elevator so it is not wheelchair accessible. The hotel staff were very nice about taking my bags to my room for me and helping me take them to the shuttle in the morning. |

We use this hotel a fair amount for business trips and it is good unless you have a problem with your bill. My colleague was charged for breakfast when he didnt order or ask for it, it was claimed he was asked when he checked in but he wasnt. Therefore we were charged and the manager stated there was nothing he could do to post check and therefore he could not refund the 10 euros. |

The room was very comfortable and inviting. We wished that we had time during our stay to use the tub. It was difficult at breakfast time since the receptionist (male) was smoking a pipe, so many guests were also smoking really smelly cigarettes in the lobby which is intimately connected to the restaurant. Smoking should be prohibited entirely from the building and within 10 m of the doorways! Also, we missed the usual smoked fish at breakfast time. |

Staff and food served was very good. Location next to the airport is ideal. Rooms are very basic and could do with an uplift into the 21st century. As mentioned above, the rooms are basic, can do with a facelift and perhaps some double checking on cleanliness. |

Clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located near HAM. Even though you can walk 0.5km from the terminal, it is not convenient due to a knot of car ramps, but then all you need to do is to notify the information desk _in_ the terminal, and they will ping a free shuttle. Breakfast served from 0400 hours, which is welcome in an airport hotel, albeit not usual practice worldwide. |
