a. Convenient location for Airport. b. Good general standard, staff, and restaurant/bar c. Good, fast, free Internet access a. Unclear from Booking.Com info that the included breakfast was only available before 06h30. b. rooms were cold, and could do with extra bedding! (probably unusual - I think we just arrived after the heating was switched off for the night) |

It is definitely good value for money ( depends on the rate you get:). Quite nice furnished spacious room with easy acces from highway and airport. Breakfast included in the rate was only till 6:30!!!!! Who wants wake up so early??? Breakfast after 6:30 costs 14 Eur. There is no minibar on the room. |

The room was very spacious and clean, service - impecable. Receptionist was very helpful over the phone to direct us to the hotel. The outside appearance doesn'd correspond to my idea of 4-star hotel. |

the family room with a sitting area and the table football by the hall area would appreciate a kettle for making hot drinks before going to bed and first thing in the morning. All hotels in uk provide that facilitiy |

It was indeed near the airport Old Hotel, no value for money. Room was big, but old, bed was bad and extremely noisy. Didn't sleep very well. They have a parking lot but around the building is also space to keep you car. In our case therefore a waste of money. |

guy from restaurant was really really nice I did not like that we made the reservation more than one month ago and when we arrived they stil couldn't give us a smoking room saying that they do not have that anymore for that day... |

My room had been used by a smoker and there was an unpleasant smell of stale smoke. Apart from this my visit was very pleasant. I don't recall being asked if I wanted a non-smoking room and I would normally assume that smoking simply is not allowed in the hotel. |

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatzsituation. Sehr gute Küche. Zimmer ausreichend. Gratis WLAN. Leider Raucherzimmer. Fenster offen und Heizung abgedreht (bei Ankunft am Abend). Kalt (Heizung blockiert auf maximal 3). |

Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die mir beim Warten einen Kaffee angeboten hat. Hinter dem ausgebauten Barschrank war es total dreckig, Lampe im Bad defekt, Sclafzimmerlampe locker, riesiger Vorhang nur sehr schwer gängig |

Die Lage war für mich ideal. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Nahbereich. Dass die Reception meist unbesetzt war und niemand den Zugang im Auge hielt. Hatte mit der Fernbedienung ein "längeres Problem" wg. Funktionsstörung. Bierflaschen und Zigarettenreste im überdachten Eingagsbereich standen im Widerspruch zum 4* Wert des Hotels. |
