Staff where ploite and spoke English. It was a problem to get a Taxi to take me from the Airport to the hotel as it was to far to Walk and not far enough for a Taxi to make good money. |

We stayed at the hotel because we had an early morning flight. We appreciated that it was walking distance to the airport. It takes about 15 minutes by foot. We checked in late in the evening and took off early in the morning so we did not use any of the facilities except the bed. |

Easy access to both the airport (a 10 minute walk) and the Koln Messe Exhibition Halls.(a 10 minute ride on the S-Bahn). Will stay here next time. Pillow too soft. |

I liked the cosy hotel and the nice people in it. The breakfast was very good and my stay there was wonderful inspite of the fact that I was on a business trip. |

It is only an € 8 taxi ride away from the airport. It was quiet. The container in the shower did not provide any soap, only shampoo. I also would have preferred bedding made from natural fibres. |

Proximity to airport When I arrived at the hotel at around 1am in the morning (I took a late night flight) the door to the reception of the hotel was closed and no-one was available to check me in (even though the hotel is meant to provide a 24 hour service). Someone finally appeared after I had to stand outside in the rain for about half an hour. |

We had to spend one night in Cologne (flights connection) and this Hotel is very close to Airport. Room was comfortable and clean. There was no minibar but BeerGarten is near the Hotel. |

clean and comfortable.night porter available as we arrived after midnight. Double room booked but when we opened room there was only a single bed.Had to lug our cases downstairs, mime to the night porter that there was only 1 bed but to of us, then lug our cases to another room.There was no offer of help. |
