proximity to the airport, wifi internet 1. the hotel did not have a restaurant for dinner. 2. The hotel does not have an air conditioner. 3. The Hotel does not have any guide books in English for Kelsterbach, nor does the Receptionist know much about the town. 4. The website should provide clear instructions for tourists to reach the Hotel. |

I like to visit Frankfurt centure but it is diffecult to go there because Taxi costs too much. i hope that the the hotel can arrange that. just the room is litel hot .. i think it is need to take car of that |

bed was comfortable. Had a good nights sleep Yes, i asked for a wake up call and never received it. Lucky i had set up my alarm as a precaution. |

That is was a good place to relax and prep for my flight home. The staff is wonderful and is willing to go out of their way to help you. A nice Grocery store and bar are located across the street. Increadibly clean rooms. |

I have nothing at all to like about this Hotel Quality of the bed, especially pillows; the heater has not been operational and half broken; wireless internet has not been operational; cost of breakfast was too high |

Had to wait too long for the pick-up from airport. Communication about airport pick-up needs improvement. Require information in room as to how to contact reception. Information on operating heater in room should be available |

Small hotel, in less than a minute you are in the restaurant for breakfast and then you jumb in your car which is parked in front and go. Quiet, It is placed on a dead end road, not many cars are passing by. |

The room was very cold when I arrived at 2 A.M. and there was no radiator in the bathroom. It is obviously very difficult to heat up the room at that time of night to an agreable level while not overheating either, given that the radiator is located right next to the bed. |
