very convenient to Frankfurt airport-room was spacious, beds were comfortable. only 2 story-no elevator made it rather difficult when leaving Europe with souvenirs, etc. It had the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen--even a small person had to practically go in sideways. |

it was goog to have a clean, comfortable place to have so close to the airport when we had to leave so early in the morning. It was helpful to have a shuttle service at a very reasonable cost to transport us back and forth. The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I did not realize that we needed to call for the shuttle (I saw many shuttles arriving at the airport and assumed that one was for our hotel) and had not brought the phone number with me. We lost about an hour before we were able to locate someone who could help us. It would be good to let guests know that they need to phone to request the shuttle. |

I liked: the price of 50€/night; that the room was clean and the bathroom had hot water; that there was a window that opened for fresh air; that there was a good breakfast (but mediocre coffee); that the employees were friendly, accommodating, and tried to please; that there was a refrigerator. Room was too small to sit comfortably at the desk, so had to change rooms. This was accomplished without a problem, however. Major reason I chose the hotel was the advertised hotel-wide wifi for free; however, I rarely was able to get the signal to come in. (Never had a problem elsewhere). Upon check in, disappointed I found neither elevator nor bell hop, so had to carry heavy bag up two flights w/ bad back (is that what "boutique" means?). No instructions for shuttle from Airport--had to take a bus which turned out ok and was only 2.30€ while shuttle to airport was 10.00€. No in hotel restaurant--guess there are snacks available a the bar (nice touch)--but I didn't use that service. Hard mattress. No hotel/room/TV/phone instructions. |

It was good value for money and close to the airport, as we needed to stopover one night before travelling on. Room was decidedly small, but it was only a 3 star. |

Friendly staff, closeness and shuttle bus to the airport, free interet, value for money. I stayed with my family in the apartment with three rooms, and wish that the staff will get the key to open the door between the master bedroom and the other two rooms to get air breeze since there is no air conditioner in the rooms. Also, it would be nice if there is a hot kettle for making coffee and tea. |

It's small, home like and quiet, it's near the airport yet has easy access to the city center. It will be better if there is supply of hot drinking water. |

Proximity to Frankfurt Airport 1: Lack of good driving instructions to find the place; we got lost and had to ask locals for help. 2: Lack of elevator for taking heavy luggage upstairs |

We stayed in the apartment it had lots of space for 6 people. It was very convenient for the airport. No restaurant and they should have more airport information available in the hotel, for example what terminal to go to. |

The hotel was conveniently located near to the airport and offered a shuttle service. I was glad to be offered a 'smoking' room. I was charged for two trips on the airport shuttle, even though only one trip was requested and taken. A seperate charge for restocking the mini bar was added over and above any product consumed. Does it really cost an extra 2 euros to put a beer in the fridge? |
