The stass is not qualified. They don't have a clue about anything. They forgot to wake me up and I almost missed my flight.

Wi-fi is excellent in the bedroom. Room service very good. Clean and silent. The hotel is far from town, could get in the way airport and city.

Proximity and easy access to Frankfurt Airport. Shower hanger was broken. Had to hold shower head in my hands. No hair dryer could be found. Hotel has no elevator. Mirror partially broken.

it was very terrible for everything , poor services , no bath towel and towel in the room ,no curtain , no telephone, no clothes rack, no elevator , you must go downstair by walk if you have problem, i have never see which hotel like this . also the bosse of the hotel was very impolite. for this hotel , i only can say :very very very bad .

Very good location and price for a short visit just to stay overnight after the evening flight and before the next morning flight. A quiet room and a handy shuttle service to the airport. I did not receive any reply to my question I presented before the trip.

It is not that far from the Fr. Airport, even if there is no free shuttle, we can go to the airport round the clock via a taxi called by the hotel. I was well received, people there are really friendly and helped me with my luggage. Breakfast looked nice even if I didn't take it. The area is nice. The hotel was hard to find mainly because of a lack of sign in the streets and at the exit of the train station. I am more than thankful to the young guy who helped me to find the hotel!! My room was not that quiet as I could hear every traffic outside (cars, planes, people talking outside...).

I phoned in the evening to confirm arrival time and they had allocated my room to another guest & then charged me another €20 for a larger room. There was no blind or curtain on the window. Check out took 15 minutes because previous guest had a problem.

The serenity of the place and the location The cost of 209 Euro per night was killing! In the past when there is a fair like the frankfurt book fair I paid much less about 120 euro and thought i booked for a triple room I was given a standard double room. I felt cheated. There is no business centre there where I could print, etc however the reception allowed me to do some few printing.

It is a very good value for the money: clean: the staff is friendly; in a quiet location and close to the airport. The rooms are simple but clean and it is quiet at night. It is perfect for people who want to be close to the airport and just need a place to sleep. The shower in one of the rooms I stayed in has a curtain instead of a plastic door and it can be challenging to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. It also can take a wile till the water is hot. But I think if I made the staff aware of it, they would have happily moved me to another room.

There was no courtain, for what external light entered directly to the room. Besides, I should avoid being in front of window as I could be seen from outside.

Location and early check-in. Friendly front desk. They did not have any idea about my reservation. Gave me room because they happen to have one. No elevators, I had to haul all the luggage to the third floor with no help. Plaster above windows peeling and moldy.
