Airport Hotel Kelsterbach

4 henkeä majottui tosi mukavasti kahteen huoneeseen, jotka olivat toistensa yhtyedessä. Huoneiston koko oli tosi positiivinen yllätys

kylpyhuoneen suihku ei toiminut lainkaan ja toisen makuuhuoneen suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt vaan sai seistä nilkkojaan myöten saippuavedessä. 9 euron aamiainen oli liian kallis

I had a single room. It was so small I couldn't open my suitcase on the floor. No coffee / tea making facilities, the desk had no light to work. The bed was hard, no elevator or help with heavy suitcases. Breakfast looked boring. The hotel was cheap, but given the price of the shuttle, for £ 20, I could have stayed at the Sheraton.

it was goog to have a clean, comfortable place to have so close to the airport when we had to leave so early in the morning. It was helpful to have a shuttle service at a very reasonable cost to transport us back and forth. The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately I did not realize that we needed to call for the shuttle (I saw many shuttles arriving at the airport and assumed that one was for our hotel) and had not brought the phone number with me. We lost about an hour before we were able to locate someone who could help us. It would be good to let guests know that they need to phone to request the shuttle.

it was not clearly communicated that the breakfast was 9 euro each. My wife & I spent 18 euro on 2 bowls of cereal & a cup of coffee.

Friendly staff, closeness and shuttle bus to the airport, free interet, value for money.

I stayed with my family in the apartment with three rooms, and wish that the staff will get the key to open the door between the master bedroom and the other two rooms to get air breeze since there is no air conditioner in the rooms. Also, it would be nice if there is a hot kettle for making coffee and tea.

I was disappointed by 10 euro charge for the shuttle (which I only used on the way out b.t.w.)

Proximity to Frankfurt Airport

1: Lack of good driving instructions to find the place; we got lost and had to ask locals for help. 2: Lack of elevator for taking heavy luggage upstairs

The hotel was conveniently located near to the airport and offered a shuttle service. I was glad to be offered a 'smoking' room.

I was charged for two trips on the airport shuttle, even though only one trip was requested and taken. A seperate charge for restocking the mini bar was added over and above any product consumed. Does it really cost an extra 2 euros to put a beer in the fridge?
