Hard to locate

Close to airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean. Free wi-fi in the room.

No bedside light. Could not adjust the air-conditioning and the room was too hot. No lift, not really a problem for rooms on the first floor unless you have heavy luggage.

Nice rooms, very clean, great shower. Lots of choice for breakfast (even salmon !!) Perfect hotel for me close to the airport.

Bathroom was very small

we arrived the hotel at one night of March, but the temperature of the room is really chilling, even when we turn up the only warmer in the room to the max level.

Clean room, nice staff, varied breakfast. Good choice to spend a night between flights.

Being fairly close to the airport.

I wanted to book the shuttle bus before arrival but was asked to phone when I arrive. When I did arrive, I called several times but no answered. I had to take a taxi and pay twice the amount I would have paid for the shuttle bus. When I complained about no one picking up the phone, I was told the phone was not working properly. I was then given a room which was not ready. When I called them I was taken to another room which was still being occupied. The third room was tiny. I was there for just 8 hours on transit otherwise the room would have been too small to stay in.

It's near Frankfurt Airport. If you want to save some money you can walk there from terminal 1 in about 45 minutes.

If you have time to look for a Gasthof in the same area you will certainly find that a more enjoyable experience. The breakfast was disappointing and some things had run out by 9 in the morning already. The staff only came to have a look after a few people had complained that there was no more bread, a bit of a shame. Also the hotel did not respond to emails at all.

good service, nice staff , near the airport but no airport noise , 10 min walk from the metro station that takes you to the airport (next station) or to D.T. Frankfurt. There is some construction going on in the hotel, otherwise it I would'v answered excellent to one more of the rating question, and move the scale to 3 .

No airconditioning, no fans, non- functioning fridges that smelt stale.

Friendly reception staff. Although room is small, it's good enough with clean shower room and nice value for money. Location is Ok for driving.

1. Staff not friendly. 2. Noisy. Construction work till 5 o'clock am. 3. No lift. 4. Breakfast: coffee machine broke. 5. No double beds. Twin beds stuck together so you have to be careful not to slip in between half way through your potential snooze. 6. No coffee facilities in the room.

Location was good - close to bus route to airport, also close to supermarket and several restaurants. Free wifi worked very well. Breakfast was good (when freshly stocked).

A little noisy - some renovation work during the day and traffic at night, and the curtains were very thin, letting a lot of light through.

Bad service, put charge on my credit card without my authorization and could not allow me to pay in cash when I leave, I have to pay 3% international transaction charge to credit card company. Also the service people in front desk does not speak English!!!

The staff was very hospital.

Non smoking room was not available.
