Near airport, free wifi.
Furniture needs upgrading.
Very airy and comfy room, felt like someone's living room with a large sofa, table and chairs. Bookshelf with books and a large TV. Very close to the airport and city centre as well. For that money, it's full marks from and to Mr. Fuchs;)
As we arrive very late, I forgot to ask WiFi password from the owner of the hotel so I'd suggest him just write it down somewhere in the room.
Walking distance from the airport was great when having to get an early flight.
Value for money and a large room. Tea, coffee and beer were cheap from the help yourself fridge
No staff on site. Owner could only speak German and when we arrived it was all locked up. It was lucky that I could speak German as the key to our room was in a safe in the side of the house. Didn't appear to be anywhere to park
Clean, polite staff, comfortable bed, big room. You feel like at home.
Wi- fi not available in the room.
Near the airport. Refrigerator with cold drinks to by and possibility to make coffee, even food. Good blankets!
Our room was in basement, really funny smell. The staircase is very narrow. Madrases dated, strings loose. Not clean enough (carpet, walls etc).
Being able to walk to the Airport is about the only plus for me. I had an early flight, so I stayed here just for convenience. But since then I have learnt that the strassenbahn starts early in the day (4::30 am), so really I would say it was better to stay in town, where the Restaurants etc are.
Close to the Airport means it is a reasonable walk back into town to sight see and get a meal etc. Nothing much except the Airport near the guesthouse. Room was shoe-horned into the attic. Place seemed small and tired compared to a modern hostel.
Shared bathroom is absolutely fine - don't let that keep you away from this place. It's an overall great value for this money.
Close to airport. Wi-fi worked ok.
Breakfast was absolutely terrible, a rotten apple with the cheapest peanuts from the market. Coffee machine didn't work. Breakfast maintenance nowhere to be found. Only one toilet in use throughout the whole building. The room was terribly hot with no ventilation what so ever on the roof. Only roof windows which couldn't be opened during our stay (rain). So didn't have to sleep for a minute. The truck rally started early in the morning on the street nearby so earplugs recommended.
10 min walk to airport, OK to stay for 1 night
Clean, good size room. Wifi was excellent.
Poor access to staff Poor info for non German speaking Shared Bathroom Only Small towels for bathing No blinds on skylights above bed No fire escape No info for TV operation.
Excellent place to stay if you have early flight from airport, clean and friendly
Low noise isolation,no Wifi
best hostel/guest house i have ever stayed in
Close to Bremen City airport, good location if you have early morning flight
Hidden info about shared wc and bathroom at the booking, old furniture, very noisy from the street and so noisy neighbours, we can't sleep all night befor our flight. It is cheap hostel , but to compare with the comfort it is high value of money.
very near airport big room
Good location, just 10 minutes walk from Bremen airport, so was easy to get to the airport at 04.30 in the morning with two kids.
Taking a shower wasn´t the best, but satisfactory to the money.
Location near airport, nice and clean room
Good location, 15 min from airport. Quiet room. Clean.
Did not have shower and toilet in the room. Toilet and shower were in the same room, so when neighbour room uses the shower for 1 hour you cannot go to the toilet. Did not have private towels etc. Oldfashioned room.
Nice and friendly.
Difficult to find and get there.
Everything was amazing! The house is very clean and cozy. The pillows and blankets are comfortable and soft. The room had a magical view on the stars at night! We were very glad to stay there and with great pleasure would love to come back! Thank you!
Good location very close to airport. We had an attic room, which was reasonably spacious. Owner was flexible and gave us breakfast at 8 pm in the evening when my 3-year-old decided that she needed to eat before going to sleep.
We had to wake up very early in the morning for a flight at 6 am from the airport. I'm not sure what happened but there was absolutely no electricity. We couldn't turn on the lights to pack, brush our teach, use the toaster for breakfast or heat water for tea in the kettle. I also couldn't figure how to get hot water to take a shower.
My review will be more descriptive. The guest house is really near of airport - 10-15 minutes by feet. There are 4 rooms - 2 on 3rd floor(№1 and №3) and 2(№2 and №4) in the basement. We stayed on 3rd floor. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with another room on the floor. On the kitchen there are microwave, plate with oven, fridge, toster, kettle and coffee machine. Tee, coffee, drinks in fridge, snacks - for everything you (seems) have to pay, but we had own food, so we only used microwave, fridge and kettle. The bathroom had toilet, bath and shower. The only problem there, is that Bath/shower doesn't have the curtain, so floor can go wet. I stayed there with my wife and 2 kids, for smallest kid we got a child bed, and older one just slept on coach, but as far as I understood it is possible to get additional bed for child. The wi-fi is really free and the speed is quite good. Not far away(10 minutes by feet) there is a tram station, so you can get to city center really fast. To summarize I would say that the conditions are really good for 1-2 night before/after flight, but if I would need something more sightseeing oriented, I would probably pick another option.
Quiet semi-basement room with view over garden. Close enough to airport for a good brisk walk to the airport down well-built sidewalks and through a small impressive park!
The handdrawn map on homepage is over simplified. The street is a huge boulevard with trees in the middle. If you use tram from central station it's difficult to find. This street has a crazy numbering system of even numbers on one side, uneven on the other.
