Willingness of staff to help They asked for payment on checkout which I did . but on arrival home and saw my credit card , visa acc. They already hit my card about four weeks earlier. So I paid twice and they will not now respond to my request for refund of my visa. |

The hotel was clean and efficently set-up. The staff were very helpful in checking our flight time and booking our airport shuttle. The buffet breakfast included unexpected extras such as fresh-squeezed fruit juice and smoked salmon. The exercise room was being worked on 1.5 years ago but still has not been completed. |

They had a shuttle to the airport It was small with no amenities. Not a real four star. They don't even have coffee in the room |

We booked the hotel for 1 night because we had a flight leaving from Frankfurt Airport the next morning. We wanted something cheap and close to the airport, it did the trick. The room was basic but very clean. It was rather quiet for an airport hotel. We stayed with our 4 month old daughter, the baby cot provided was in good condition and the bedlinnen clean. When you book the shuttlebus in advance it is very efficient. |

Staff was attentive; room was large; quiet area; proximity to airport; free airport shuttle; free wireless internet access Hotel booked every seat on the airport shuttle, so there was no room and we had to travel with suitcases on our laps. Nothing nearby - going to downtown Frankfurt required a 15-minute walk or 5-euro taxi ride to the train station, then 20 minutes on a local train (3.70 euros each way or 14 euro for a group day ticket). Walldorf is a small town, although it did have several restaurants. |

Carat is a good choice at Frankfurt Airport. Restaurant is OK, but don't expect authentic Mexican food! Room was very comfortable, some noise from trucks. We were able to park right in front of hotel, and drive to airport was minimal. Good location and reasonable rate. Free computer available for reconfirming flight and obtaining boarding pass. |

Clean rooms. Convenient to airport. Offered a light breakfast for very early departures to the airport. Purely functional place, no frills. Unattractive setting overlooking area industries. Autobahn and high speed train sounds all night. Very warm, with heavy blankets and no top sheet. No parking available; we had to park in the lot of a nearby business. Divided up the family onto two floors. One room was extremely small and cramped. |

shower tub... nothing else start from arriving the airport... no instruction on where the shuttle pick up point is, called the hotel, and found out needed to wait for 45 minutes. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room! it was terribly hot and humid. I could not sleep in the night coz i couldnt stop sweating.. no coffee/tea facilities in the room.. I DONT BELIEVE ITS A 4 STARS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Takes 30 min of walk to the train station to go to the city, and there is like 1 train every hour. The airport shuttle is a van, and has very very small capacity for luggage, I had my snowboard with me, and i couldnt fit it in when the shuttle has 4 people on board. needed to wait 30 min after shuttle dropped off those passengers and came back for me... I DIDNT ENJOY MY STAY AT ALL |

this is an airport hotel ...10 minutes from the frankfurt airport but they have a shuttle only once every hour. So I had to wait almost an hour on the curbside ... very inconvenient |
