Carathotel Frankfurt Airport    

Everything aboutyour hotel was first class. Not overly fancy and oppulent and unnecessarily exoensive but friendly and comfortabke. Just right for a quick stop on the way to my next destination. Breakfast was perfect and healthy. I will tell my friends about your hotel. Thank you for everything.

Rate was good. Breakfast was great. Shuttle service was on time. Room was clean.

This is NOT on the airport. It is 20 minutes away so be careful. Shuttle runs one an hour so you might have to wait an hour for the shuttle. I took a cab because I didn't want to wait and it cost me 30 Euros.

Located in a dead end street on an industrial estate. Parking spaces were hard to find. Ate in the hotel's Hazienda restaurant and although prices resonable, had rack of ribs that seemed to have been deep fried, they were that crispy and dryed out. Waitress apologises profusely, but no replacement, discount or consolatory dessert offered. Bed was that soft that at 90kgs I bottomed out onto the divan underneath! Finally pleased we got the room on offer price, because it certainly was not worth the normal full price.

Value Lounge Breakfast

Airport shuttle only runs twice/hour during peak, once per hour non peak times. WiFi doesn't work well in some areas and not at all in others (such as the lounge).

Staff very helpful. Food good. Decor unusual for its Mexican flair!

Hotel with 4 stars had poor shuttle service Second night we were waiting for over 2 hours for shuttle to pick us up at airport And we have to use our own telephones to call them, because the telephone at airport did not work When I was looking for rooms, I was of impression that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. Overall not happy about it Note: I will not rebook this or associated hotel again Frank Sever

It is confusing on the star rate.At the hotel, it marks 3 stars hotel, but internet (booking.com) with 4 stars.

Room was ok for the price

Restaurant service was terrible. Waitress did not bring my change. After 20 monutes I asked and she brought it, but refused to give a receipt for my meal. When I insisted she was insolent, saying it was my fault waiting for taking so long to ask for a receipt. Eventually another waitress printed me another receipt from the till.

- Ugly, 20-year-old furniture - The entire hotel smells like the disinfectant they use in hospitals - The garage is so small that it's almost impossible to maneuver in there - No other parking spaces - Bad food - Uncomfortable mattresses - Just a bad atmosphere in the room and in the hotel. I don't understand how this place has gotten such good reviews. It's the worst 4 star hotel I've ever stayed in. Even though it's close to the airport I wouldn't recommend anyone spend even one night here.

Nice modern rooms with good bathroom as you would expect in Germany.

The location is not good. It advertises itself as a Frankfurt Airport hotel but the van runs only once an hour versus every 20 minutes for other airport hotels. You cannot ride the van to the airport if you just want to catch the train into Frankfurt for dinner unless you pay an additional charge. The nearest train station to the hotel is a 6 euro fare as the hotel will not shuttle you there either.

I liked the fact the hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from and back to the airport along with complimentary wifi. These were the two main reasons I decided to book this hotel for my overnight transit stay.

The food was not good. I ordered a Lucky One and was only able to eat the fries. The meat was horrible. I think the beds should automatically come with two pillows. My bed only had one and that was not suffice.

Good location for the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Enjoyed dining at the Tex Mex restaurant. Breakfast also very good. Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.
