Internet wireless gratuita. Comida no restaurante O serviço não é profissional. Não existe shuttles como anunciado. No quarto não existe informação do hotel, nem de room service. Nao ha pay tv. Não ha serviços no hotel (piscina, sauna, etc). Nao é um 4*. |

Excellent airport hotel. Staff speak first class English. The hotel is only a short transfer from the airport, and on many bookings this is free. Just phone the hotel when you are ready to depart from the arrivals level at Frankfurt International, and they will send the van. The hotel has a Mexican themed restaurant with good choice of food and excellent selection of beveridges including cocktails |

Quite close to airport, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value for money for the transit passengers through Frankfurt Airport or short stays. No shops or kiosks nearby, had to eat dinner only in their Mexican restaurant as I reached late. |

Excellent location near the aiport. Free internet a big plus, clean, quiet, modern ambience, great for the last night before flying out of Frankfurt. Shopping close by for last minute German goodies. The staff was helpful and friendly. Why comfort rated low: our bathroom slowly filled with the smell of second hand smoke as guests next door ignored the no-smoking signs (whole floor was supposed to be non-smoking rooms). Smoke smell leaked into the bedroom as well; towels shoved in the bathroom door crack helped a little, but the bathroom became almost unusable for awhile. It was the only bummer, but kind of a big one for us. |

Airport shuttle but you have to call for it once you arrive Frankfurt airport, does not run like other hotels, The mexican restaurant at the hotel was very good. |

Staff was very friendly and shuttle service was nice. We had no hot water in the morning for a shower and had to use cold water. Breakfast is overpriced. Parking is hard for a larger vehicle. |

Free Wifi and shuttle to airport was appreciated. town was small... Room was very small. Cable TV had few good english channels. There should be more info about what is available for day time users in transit. i heard about a nice tourist destination on the way back to the airport...too late! |

The hotel is a simple, functional place with all necessary facilities for a short stay. I stayed there between two flights during a business trip, and the proximity to the airport, the convenient shuttle, the reasonable restaurant, and the very good internet connection made the stay efficient and very much worth the money. The single room was small but with all necessary facilities. |

The receptionist was exceptional friendly and supportive. She deserves to be promoted! The driver who picked us up and returned us to the airport was also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has excellent food and service too, but is a tad costly. Very clean and overall excellent value for money! The ad had said it was internet connected but I didn't realize that it required your own computer. However the receptionist let me use hers to check on my flights. Great service overall. |

The rooms had more amenities than many similarly priced rooms. There were full sets of towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom which was unusual for this price. The free shuttle to and from the airport was on time and easy to use. |
