clean and large rooms, straight design

Everything was good enough except of the woman driver from the suttle bus.she was rude and no friendly.she destroyed all good expesions I have had from the hotel.

We spent one night in the Airporthotel Regent and whereas I can’t say that there is any problem with the hotel itself, there is a huge problem with the hotel staff. When we arrived a man at the reception desk accused us of arriving with a baby without preliminary notice. From his attitude it looked like as if we had committed a serious crime and we should at least have made an excuse for it. Secondly, he made such a facial expression as to say there would be no way to solve our “problem of the century”. Actually I was on the point of leaving the hotel but finally this “how-to-greet-guests guru” grudgingly told us that they could offer us a special baby bed for an additional charge of 10 euros more or less. I don’t understand why he just didn’t say something like “We are really sorry but we have to charge you 10 euros for the baby bed”. That’s it. It would have been enough. The rest of the dialogue that night and the next morning carried on in a similar style. I don’t have the time to waste trying to describe all the gruesome details. I’d just recommend the hotel management pay attention to what kind of people they hire and how they deal with the hotel guests.

It has an airport shuttle, wonderful rooms, excellent service with a great staff, and a restaurant with great food.

Close to the airport. Shutle bus 6 euro. Going every 30 min from 3 to 12. Nice and quiet. Perfect for transit.

I like this hotel, and stay every time when I visit Munich. The room is comfort and clean and almost all of staff were friendly. The airport shuttle is really helpful for travellers. They can pick up the passenger at the airport with a call. Another hotel sets a timetable, e.g. every 30 minutes.

Location to Munich airport and ease of getting shuttle service. The restaurant was a very nice surprise ...excellent food at very good price.

Yes , they did not know about any city tours . They could not guide me properly for nearby bus station or railway station. They should have some details of local sight seeing for travellers who have 12-24 hours of sparetime. This will help such travellers to make optimum use of their time in Munich. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Nothing except the location

room has no athmosphere, not really pleasant. rooms are spread overs everal buildings Their internet connexion (after living the hotel) is coming all the time and blocking your machine to get access to internet. need several procedure to get away from this.

We have been to this hotel three times before at were were happy. This time, we booked the "Sleep&Fly" option far ahead, in April for October. We gave our flight times&numbers. When we arrived to the hotel, at 7:30 p.m. the receptionist declined the booking.com reservation and asked for our names. When I pointed out that these are printed on the (German language!) booking confirmation she said that she would not look for the names on some strange piece of paper... Then she prosposed us a morning transfer at 3 a.m., while we needed the transfer at 4 a.m. stating, that the earlier transfers "are full" and that the flight times inn the bookinf "are irrelevant". So instead of "sleep" we just flied... A total waste of money. We had dinner in the restaurant but the service was poor, taking long time, order of a glass of wine never materialized...

Easy access to Munich city center via public transportation. Close to airport yet in a small village.

The small bit of carpet in our room was stained.

When we arrived at Munich's Airport, I called the hotel to arrange for their shuttle van to pick us up. The hotel claimed to have no record of our reservation despite the e-mailed confirmation that I had received about a week earlier. After being on hold for ten minutes, the clerk finally found the reservation. We then had to wiat 30 minutes for the shuttle van. In the morning, I attempted to buy coffee or tea to take to our room. The hotel's restaurant would not allow any liquids to be removed from the restaurant. So, we were forced to waste 30 minutes sitting in the restaurant to get something to drink.

We arrived by train in the town where the hotel was located and were instructed to take the train further to the airport for pickup. Their "double" beds do not adapt to separation into two separate beds for two people who do not choose to seep in one bed. They did at all our other hotels in Germany. In fact, at online booking we had only the option to click "double room for two people"-----which turned out to be one bed. The desk babbled something about 3 star vs 4 star (in the same facility!) which made no sense, but we solved it by paying more for a two room suite. That was overkill for an overnight stay to access an early flight out of MUC

Check in at 3 pm when travelling internationally.
