We only used the Airporthotel Regent as a stopover between return of a rental car and flight the next day. However, it appears to be a beautiful place and the staff was most helpful. |

I had a very short overnight stay before taking a 5:00 am shuttle to the Munich Airport. I would rate this more a 2.5 star hotel. They even give you your personal alarm clock set to the time you wish to rise (4:30 am for me). Check-in was fast. Room spacious. They charge 6 Euros each way for the shuttle. That should be included in the price, although I can understand that they have a "Park and Fly" option which might be different. I also tried to phone them while on the S Bahn and the phone rang and rang but no answer, so I wasn't sure where or how to get the shuttle and stopped at the Information counter. They called the hotel and 2 minutes later a lady from the hotel was showing me the way to the shuttle van, already filled with people from the S Bahn who knew where the pickup was, so call in advance for instructions. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport, so allow time to arrive for check-in at the airline counter. |

Close to the airport. Room was poorly layed out and tired. There were nail/screw holes in the walls. Breakfast was the same as we had gotten from less expensive places for free. |

the location, the very early breakfast, the free parking we stayed there twice, on the second time we got a 2nd floor , no elevator room - didn't like it evev it was cheaper but no one explains the difference ahead of time |

The room was satisfacory in all respects-but as we were located over the main entrance were waken by some late arrivals, Nicely appointed and comfortable though. While the restaurant was advertised as open til 10, and we arrived before then, we were unable to order from the menu and were reduced to what was advertised as bar snacks. Restaurant staff were less than pleasant. Breakfast was better food but staff were overworked and the room was too crowded to be enjoyable. I'd stay at the hotel again, but would find somewhere else to eat. |

ground floor room was brilliant, cleanliness and tidiness was excellent, shower was so good it would de-scale you the cost of the airport shuttle should be added to the room price, then you would think it was a free services however still cheap @ 6 Euro a trip |

Firendly and efficient staff, clean and nice room Breakfast was poor. I'd rather pay more (€5 is very cheap, I admit!) but have a better selection. |

Close to the airport, the comfort rooms are ok. Staff was nice and helpfull. They advartise "air conditioned rooms" - well, the airconditioning is poor and very noisy - I.E. you will not be able to stay in the room while the ac is on - that noisy !!! for family purposes - if your children are young and you need them in a connecting room - it is not possible - they put us in the comfort room (which is nice for 2) with 2 additional beds for the kids and charged 89 eur (while the posted rate for this room was 63). |
