Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Friendly personnel, comfortable bar area, quick service in the restaurant; I guess even nicer in the summer time ( terrace). Dark pavement from reception to rooms across the yard, should be illuminated!!! |

The hotel was comfortable for a one night layover between flights. It is close to the airport, only an 8 Euro cab ride away. The breakfast buffet was very nice and included in the price. The beds were clean, but the rest of the room not so much. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed or mopped since the last guest. There was hair and lint on the floors. |

Easy to find at night. Proximity to airport in the morning. No shower in bathroom. There was a shower head but no attachment to the wall, so you had to hold it and couldn't wash your hair under it. No shower curtain or screen, so floor of bathroom was soaked! Bedroom was cold, maybe because radiator needed bleeding. |

Location (close to Airport and U-Bahn) - just 5 minutes by taxi to the airport and this only for ~8 EUR. Rooms on the first floor are lousy (we had 11x), before we stayed in 3xx and it was much better. Towels and beds the worse for wear, got backache after sleeping one night in such bed. Stink of smoke. No free WiFi. No PC with printer for customers. |

Close to Airport (7 minutes / 8 EUR by taxi); close to U-Bahn/metro (~5 minutes walk); simple but good breakfast; possibility to get early breakfast (we've got it at 6:00 AM), big room on the 3rd floor (3xx) Two single beds; beds/mattress beaten-up/too soft - difficult to sleep, but for one night not an issue. Don't have free WiFi, don't have PC with printer where customer can print some document if necessary (like online check-in ticket). |

Location is good for Medica. Only location was good%( Room was cold, had no ventilation at all! All sounds were comming to my room from the stairs. Taking laggage from reciption to other building via many stairs was something. For Euro 245/day I expected much more!!! |

close proximity to Airport and ther Messe My room was sold as a twin bed room but I ended with four small beds in the room so it was not a good nights sleep. Would have preferred to be in the main building not an annexe. |

Convenient location, airport to hotel and hotel to messe dusseldorf. Breakfast was good though & the staff in the restaurant provides a good service. Too close to the airport that you will hear the sound of the aircrafts or airplanes landing and it is so annoying that you can't have a sound sleep. Front office staff were arrogant if not helpful. |
