Le calme, la propreté et la proximité

Personnel (turc) parlant moyennement l'anglais et plus préoccupé par son internet sur l'écran que de s'occuper des quelques demandes de clients; ( J'ai pu vérifier le contenu de l'écran qui n'avait rien à voir avec son travail ). Par contre , le matin de mon départ, une personne (allemande celle-ci ) m'a renseigné de suite sur une question que je posais et le tout avec un grand sourire. Je vous demande de n'y voir aucune connotation particulière dans mes propos car de nos jours tout est mal interprété....... Le tout est une question de simple éducation. Merci. Dernière remarque à faire à l'hotel : la chambre sentait le tabac à profusion, ce n'était pas agréable.

Nous sommes arrivés peu après minuit mais le portier, que nous avions prévenu, nous a gentiment accueilli.

Mobilier un peu vieillot dans la salle du petit déjeuner.

Quiet neighbourhood, well built hotel, good breakfast, free WiFi, large room.

During 4 days of stay sheets on beds hadn't been changed once, women working in the breakfast area could use some help, because food was eaten quicker than they could bring extra.

Fair price, ideal for one night stay. The room and the common-use bathroom were both clean. The breakfast is enough and good.

Without a car it is almost impossible to reach the metro to the city center. There was a wedding dinner in the conference room and the music was hearable in the room, but we were tired enough to sleep well :)

The hotel was very small, but builded on the best way to use all possibilities to do the rooms comfortable.

Too small for two persons with luggage. Stuff looks unprofessional, not interested about customers.

The room was nice and big with flatscreen tv and large bathroom, decor wise it was pleasant with very little to complain about. Staff were friendly and the breakfast (included in price) was a typical tasty continental buffet type. Very good value for money.

The only downside is the location being a bit out the way, however we had a car and the nearest U-bahn station was only a 10 minute drive away with plenty if free street parking available.

Very quiet place not too far from Hamburg / Perfect as a stop coming from Sweden / Nice accessible room for wheelchair / Small town nearby / Excellent breakfast

Excellent restaurant attached to hotel. Elevator. Good public transport connection to Hamburg. Quiet location on the edge of town.

The Croatian restaurant next door was excellent

The hotel restaurant didn't open at weekends. Car park was full when we arrived due to a function but there was plenty of adjacent street parking

Kamer was netjes, vriendelijke receptioniste, vriendelijke bedienden in restaurant,prima eten, prijs/kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, großer hoteleigener Parkplatz, trotz großer Hochzeitsfeier im Haus war das Zimmer ruhig. Gute Ausstattung.

Das Hotel ist ca. 15Km von Hamburg entfernt, keine U-Bahn-Anbindung vorhanden, es soll allerdings regelmäßig ein Bus verkehren.
