Staff do not appreciate what makes customers choose their hotel: the location and the view. By 9am all the window tables of the restaurant were set for lunch. Der Fußboden in den Zimmern ist stark erneuerungsbedürftig. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck. Aber ... ... das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad kommt der Putz von der Decke, die Dusche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, Silikonfugen wurden sehr unprofessionell nachgezogen ... vermutlich könnte das ein wirklich tolles Hotel sein, hat aber seine besten Jahre schon vor mindestens 10 Jahren hinter sich gelassen. Waar die 4 sterren vandaan komen weet ik niet , maar 2 sterren zouden beter passen. Verwarming was uit bij aankomst. Duurde erg lang voordat het enigzins behaaglijk werd. Er kwam bruin water uit de douche zelfs na 20 minuten doorspoelen. Douchekop verstopt. Warm water slecht regelbaar. Televisie totaal ontregeld, stuk of drie zenders zonder sneeuw. Lampen defect. Restaurant 2 avonden totaal leeg, geen gasten ! Ontbijt zeer matig, uitgedroogde plakjes kaas van eergisteren. Na de eerste nacht, wel nieuwe handdoeken en bed opgemaakt, maar verder niet opgeruimd, geen glazen kopjes opgeruimd, minibar niet bijgevuld. Kortom: erg slecht voor de mega hoofdprijs. Anonymous Mature couple Germany November 22, 2011	max 3 Sterne-Hotel! Aufzug so klein, dass nur 1 Person mit Rollkoffer wirklich Platz hatte. Mieser Zimmerservice. Dreckige Zahnputzbecher bei Ankunft an der Rezeption abgegeben -keine wieder bekommen. Schmutzige Gläser in Minibar (die haben wir erst gesäubert und dann als Ersatz für die Zahnputzbecher benutzt). Am 3. Tag wurden keine neuen Badehandtücher hingelegt, die benutzten waren aber bereits abgeholt. Frühstücksbuffet ging so, aber die Kühltheke war sehr laut und störend beim Frühstück. Zimmerteppich abgenutzt und schmuddelig. "Selbstgebastelter" Rettungswegplan an Zimmertür. Passend zum Gesamteindruck wurden weder wir noch ein anderes Paar beim Bezahlen gefragt, ob wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Das interessiert dort wahrscheinlich niemanden.
