Size of room. Location near the cathedral and not far from railway station.

Modern pragmatic 3 star hotel with extremely well thought of kids facilities. Great location in pedestrian area, cheap parking (9 Euro per 24 h), 3 minutes walking distance to Munster square and cathedral. Free Internet. Very friendly and efficient personnel.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very clean hotel and comfortable bed. Easy access to local amenities including to local transport, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Getting stuck in lift.

Our room was a quad, with a bunk bed tucked away in a separate area of the room. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The bathroom was lovely and modern, and everything was sparkling clean.

Comfortable room for reasonable price, professional and helpful staff (they discovered that we ordered "Quadriple" room for 3 people, because there was no other option on Bokking.com, and the receptionist was kind enough to correct out order, so to save our money. That was so nice). The facilities are well-planned, despite the small space. A very good restaurant is just in the same building.

The Internet was working poorly.

Although situated in the old and beautiful city center of Ulm (it's just a few minutes walk from the Münster) it is located on a rather quiet spot. Convenient that you can park your car in the private parking nearby for just a few Euros per day. Rooms have lots of space, we even had one room with terrace and one with (small) balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, reception open 24 hrs.

Location

Lack of air conditioning in all rooms. When it is hot it's unbearable! For the price the room, and could be set! My fault that I did not notice on a Web site that the air conditioner is not specified. The next time I'll be careful. And I advise booking.com write in capital letters - "no air conditioner in room." It is also very small, narrow, low and uncomfortable mattress. Directly under the windows of rooms "beer garden" of the hotel. Noise, music, drunken conversations, screams continued to 2-3 overnight and not allowed to sleep! At the same time, you can not close because of lack of air conditioning.

We stayed in a room for 4, which had a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in an alcove in the room to provide privacy between the two beds. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They had a spa tub in our room as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful (although they needed to be tracked down in the attached restaurant at times). The attached restaurant had good food at good prices. Free breakfast included the traditional German breakfast fare as well as some eggs and bacon.

Pool not really a pool

Nice breakfast in their restaurant area. The hotel is located close to the train station and the main shopping strip.

The hotel rooms are a little old fashioned.

Centeral.Easy to find by car.Good secure parking. Hotel very clean and modern,we hope to use it gaain.

Located in very center of Ulm. It has private parking with reasonable price. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately it has beer restaurant on 1-st floor with big terrasse outside - right in from of hotel windous. This restaurant is occuped with many people till very late. It is extremely noisy.

Excellent location, friendly staff and a nice small swimming pool for kids. Overall excellent value for money.

Our room was a little dated and could use a refresh. No English language tv channels. Be aware that the church bells start ringing at about 3 or 4am, which is interesting, a little anoying and clearly not the hotel's fault.

Well located. Hotel staff is ok. Room equipment is good. Free wifi. My room was quite and confortable size.

Posizione centrale, perfetto per visitare I luoghi più caratteristici della città. Staff gentile e disponibile con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La colazione è varia e abbondante.

Letti un po' scomodi e mancanza di cuscini aggiuntivi. Mini-bar in camera un po' caro e non siamo stati preventivamente avvertiti del costo giornaliero per il nostro cane.

-La chambre est spacieuse, avec un espace bureau et un espace salon -La salle de bain est spacieuse -Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, le personnel est agréable et souriant -L'hotel est à quelques pas du centre ville, on peut également manger le soir au restaurant de l'hotel

-La connection wifi n'était pas très bonne.

hotel pulito ordinato e a misura di bambino. Posizione fntastica in centro con parcheggio che permette di visitare la città senza spostare la macchina.
