Friendly receptionist. Clean rooms, hot showers, decent breakfast! I stayed one night for 62 Euros. Came back to weeks later and was charged 102 Euros for the same room. What is up with that? Completely unfair pricing when the hotel was not even at capacity. And the excuse was that it was "fair time" in Frankfurt. What did that have to do with Waldport? Especially when the hotel was not even full? Too far from the airport. Taxi was 26 Euros. Yikes! |

Wednesday morning they clean the street I was given a parking ticket.The Hotel staff did not inform me of this. This will not do. I will not stay with people who can not be bothered to inform their guests of something that happens every week. I was very upset at this what a way to start the day!! |

It was close to the airport, and I received a wake up call. I asked for a non-smoking room - this room clearly was a smoker's room. It was the saddest room I have ever had - thank god it was at the end of my vacation and I only needed it for a few hours. |

courteous staff,clean room,efficient shuttle to airport,good price(including a good breakfast) the italian restaurant next door is not worth the money,and besides that they purposely added more money on my bill.i discussed this and compared it with the menu in the hotel lobby. |

Freindly staff that was very helpful. Allowed an early checkin without charge. The hotel was extremely quiet allowing uninterruptive sleep. |

Great for one night stay. Good value for money. Hotel shuttle to airport is 2.-€ (15 min drive). Essential breakfast, but ok (for given money). No aircondition. I stayed in Aug 09 and I missed it. |

Very worm welcome by the lady in the front desk. Prompt response to my phonecall from Airport to send the shuttle (I arrived about 10:30 in night). For my return to Airport my preferred departure time was fully booked, but thge lady in the front desk made special arrangement to fit me in that slot |
