J'ai aimé sa proximité de l'aéroport de Francfort et la mise à disposition d'une navette jusqu'à l'aéroport.L'hotel dispose également d'un parking privé ou l'on peut laisser sa voiture pendant son absence.. La place de parking n'est pas garantie et ne peut être réservée en même temps que la chambre. |

Accueil agréable, personnel sympathique, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner toit à fait correct. Eviter le restaurant "Albatros" (propriétaires différents à mon avis) l'accueil est sympathique, mais les prix sont exczssifs pour la qualité. |

L'acceuil est trés agréable, le réveil du matin à été respecté, le couchage est d'exellente qualité. Aucun signalement de l'hotel au niveau de l'aeroport, pour pouvoir appeler la navette.Il faut savoir que les hotels qui possédent des navettes sont listés au niveau du terminal 1 sur la zone arrivée, à l'extérieur de l'aéroport et possédent un code d'appel téléphonique sur place gratuit. |

Impossible connexion Wifi.Attention au restaurant! Celui-ci ne fait pas partie de l'hotel et est géré par d'autres personnes.Cher pour la quantité(demi portions) et vin basic servi au prix d'un Chianti.On se rend vite compte que l'on veut nous arnaquer.Sinon hotel bon rapport qualité/prix.Personnel aimable. |

Possibilité d'y laisser son véhicule, garé dans un parking couvert et surveillé, pour un coût modique le temps de son déplacement. Cela évite de le laisser à l'aéroport de Francfort. De même, la navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'hotel fonctionne 22h sur 24h. Appréciable ! |

Nothing seems to works in this hotel, TV, Internet and the breakfast was awful. I have stayed in much better hotels for less the rate I paid in this hotel! The staff needs to be friendly at least smile. |

I booked on the internet and was told to phone in advance to arrange airport shuttle, when I phoned 1 day in advance I was told to phone back when the plane had landed, it was not comforting or friendly advice. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, very unfriendly and uninviting. No dinner was available the rooms are basic and bare and not nice. |

Office and restaurant staff, shuttle driver were all very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it to any of my friends. |

I enjoyed the fact that the Albatros Hotel was quite close to the airport, and the shuttle came in good time. The room was quiet, and I was happy that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel I found the people at the desk unfriendly, and did not seem to know what to do with us on arrival and on departure |

The accurate pick up from the airport & the transfer back next day to the airport.The proffessional welcome & the cleaness of the room. The room system need to be improved.The system was improper in the morning of Oct 27th. I had to go & return back to the recepeion desk 3 times until the lady on duty understand that something was wrong...but its ok !!...I said this happens in Grermany too. |
