HSH Hotel Albergo  

- Hotel is close to u bhn but you have to change 2 or 3 times if you want to go to city center. -It has a reasonable price when it includes discounts! - Friendly staff - If you need a place just for sleeping on the nights it would be a good option!

Noisy room specially early in the morning! (Because of the traffic sounds, but if you close the windows you maybe annoy less!) The room doesn't have shampoo and other facilities for getting bath! It just has liquid soap for washing hands (something we never saw before for the 3.5 stars hotels!!) The cleaners just make the bed and setting the towels in order, nothing else! (They didn't change the bed-sheets and there is no daily cleaning in bathroom even when they were dirty! No sweeping, sometimes they forget about charging soap and we are ought to mention to the receptions! The last day they forget about setting our towels in order and we wonder about it!)

I liked the style and comfort of the building and bedroom.

I didn't like the fact that the reception closes at 9pm. There was a problem with our room, we had booked a family room and found we had just a double room with one bed which as we are father and son had expected two double beds as advertised . The staff on the out of hours phone were polite and luckily the double bed had two separate single matresses and two duvets so it wasn't too bad to share a bed. We also got the room at the price of a double. Wasn't quite sure why we didn't get the bigger family room. Staff friendly though.

I absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with great service. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Wifi is free. I would definitely would choose this hotel again if I comeback to Berlin again. Staying in this hotel had made my stay in Berlin the best part of my trip :)

Convenience to subway station and to shopping. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the option of breakfast.

Internet should be free.

Noisy road at one side of the hotel (major through way). But staff kindly booked me into a quieter room without hesitance.

Hotel is good situated, the U-bahn station is nearby, the room is big and rather clean, there is a mini-bar, the bathroom is big and also sufficiently clean; We came late at night, and though the reception was already closed, before the arrival we contacted the hotel at daytime by phone and they provided us with special code that allowed us to get our key from the safebox outside the building (on the wall near the entrance);

Maybe the hairdryer was a bit outdated, but that's not a big deal) Everything was OK.

Der tolle Frühstücksaal mit dem klasse Buffet Angebot!!!! Sehr schnucklige Zimmer, mal was anderes!!!

Kurz und knapp: es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Empfehlenswert

Zimmereinrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Italienischer Flair. Sehr gute Lage. Schnelle Verbindung zu S- und U-Bahn.

Etwas Laut! Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.

Der Preis für die Zimmer und die gute Lage.

Die Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können.

Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding, gunstig gelegen bij de metro zodat je naar alle bezienswaardigheden kunt gaan in Berlijn. Zeer rustig en geen last van het verkeer. En makkelijk aan te rijden vanuit nl. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt mag ook nog worden genoemd

De vele peuken op het balkon van de vorige huurders. Onder het bed mag wel een gezogen worden (zeer veel stof etc.)
