Very friendly and helpful staff-- Excellent service--very good food and nice ambience--especially in the central courtyard when weather allowed! Hotel very clean throughout. Only gripe was noise in the street outside, especialy during early morning (street cleaning/rubbish collection etc). Would recommend and will stay again but would ask for room facing inside owing to noise (not in hotels's control!)

A great european buffet breakfast with many selections - excellent. The Hotel also had a chapel on the ground floor and you could attend daily devotions. The staff was very helpful - you could purchase train tickets there - they were great with directions and very pleasant. I would highly recomment this hotel.

Efficient, quiet, comfortable, well-placed in Berlin. The staff were always helpful and pleasant without being obtrusive. One of the soap-dispensers required a stronger squeeze than I could manage with one hand..

The location close to Friedrichstrasse was excellent and made travelling there from the airport very easy. The rooms are nice, and were very quiet even on New Year's Eve. Friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Although well-maintained, it is probably time for a bit of a refurbishment programme (this is not a complaint, just an observation), and, indeed, work on renovating the restaurant area started whilst we were there. We would have preferred firmer pillows, but asking for a second pillow each at reception wasn't a problem.

Excellent location within Berlin. Close to shopping, food, etc. Tucked away on a quiet street just off of a main street (Friedrichstraße). 2 minute walk to public transportation. We booked two rooms, but didn't receive adjoining rooms even though requested during booking. This was a little challenging with three small children.

Excellent, helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Extremely convenient location for visiting the sights of Berlin. Lighting in room could be improved. Two pillows per bed would be an improvement.

The hotel was convenient to station and within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very accepable offering a good variety of hot and cold food. The little chapel is lovely. The hotel room was very warm and the pillows were very soft. We used the computer in the basement room and it was extremely slow. There was a doorstop in the corridor just around the corner from the stairwell which I think is a safety risk.

We like to be in this hotel. Next to Central Railway Station. It is the best area of Berlin. The front desk staff is very friendly. Excellent quality of room service and breakfast is excellent! I recommend and will return one day to the same hotel.

The hotel was in a central location but also very quiet - no noise from the street at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and light, with a view out onto the street, which I liked. It was very clean and everything was run efficiently! I wish you could make a cup of tea of coffee in the room - there was no kettle, but perhaps that's an English thing. Also it was very hot at night and there was no way of opening the window more than a few centimetres.

Sehr gute Lage gleich neben dem S-Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse, angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, teilweise am Ufer der Spree WLAN in den Zimmern funktioniert nur mangelhaft kein Waschlappen im Badezimmer Licht vor dem Spiegel von oben hinten, sodass das Gesicht dunkel bleibt

Está muy céntrico y cerquísima del metro, que tiene muchas líneas. Las almohadas y los colchones son muy blandos. Hemos tenido que pedir más almohadas pero aún así ha sido como dormir sin ellas.
