There was a problem with the shower - where the water leaked under the shower door and flooded the bathroom. But aside from that everything else was fine |

The hotel was excellent in all respects--great location, excellent breakfast buffet, courteous and helpful staff, pleasant rooms, quiet. No--everything was wonderful. |

Aamupala Albrechtshofssa oli valikoimaltaan todella hyvä. Siivous oli hyvää ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Kummastutti maksullinen kartta. Saimme toisaalta ilmaiseksi paremman kartan. Aamupala pöydässä oli turhan ruuhkaista viikonloppuna ja pöytä oli likainen. |

Grym personal som pratade bra engelska och var hjälpsamma. Vi hade en lite bebis med oss och personalen var mycket barnkär vilket gjorde att vi kände oss än mer väkomna Inget var dåligt |

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité des principales attractions de la ville et des transports en commun, dans un quartier animé et bien pourvu en restaurants au bord de la Spree. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé sur les cinq continents, je souhaite souligner la qualité du personnel, discret, prévenant et souriant, ce qui est de plus en plus rare, y compris dans des établissements plus luxueux. Une toute petite réserve : la taille de la salle de bain mais c'est vraiment secondaire . |

Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption oder Service) außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich. Der etwas zu enge Aufzug. |

最寄の駅（フリードリヒシュトラーセ)からアクセスも便利で、市内観光には大変良いホテルだと思います。朝食（ビュッフェ形式)も品数が豊富で、味、食堂の雰囲気も含めてお勧めのホテルです。 当日はインターネット(有線・無料)がつながらなかったのが唯一の不満でした。 |
