The location close to Friedrichstrasse was excellent and made travelling there from the airport very easy. The rooms are nice, and were very quiet even on New Year's Eve. Friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet.

Although well-maintained, it is probably time for a bit of a refurbishment programme (this is not a complaint, just an observation), and, indeed, work on renovating the restaurant area started whilst we were there. We would have preferred firmer pillows, but asking for a second pillow each at reception wasn't a problem.

Nice location, just across from Friedrichstrasse station in Berlin Mitte, yet on a quiet street. Near huge number of restaurants along the Spree Canal.

The hotel was convenient to station and within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very accepable offering a good variety of hot and cold food. The little chapel is lovely.

The hotel room was very warm and the pillows were very soft. We used the computer in the basement room and it was extremely slow. There was a doorstop in the corridor just around the corner from the stairwell which I think is a safety risk.

We like to be in this hotel. Next to Central Railway Station. It is the best area of ​​Berlin. The front desk staff is very friendly. Excellent quality of room service and breakfast is excellent! I recommend and will return one day to the same hotel.

Very good services, good rate, comfortable and clean room, good location (quiet though close to transporation, shopping and restorants)

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind schön, gross und hell. Ich war schon einige Male dort und die Qualität stimmt seit Jahren. Sehr nette MitarbeiterInnen, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war dieses Mal nicht top. Abfall vom Vorbenutzer im Papierkorb und Brosamen ebenfalls vom Vorgänger auf dem Teppich. Der Abfall wurde dann nach der ersten Nacht weggeräumt, die Brosamen waren auch am zweiten Abend noch auf dem Teppich.

... neben allem anderen die immer noch vorhandene Stimme des alten Hausdieners in der Fahrstuhlansage.

Sehr angenehmer, freundlicher Service, ruhiges Zimmer, Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeitn in Berlin-Mitte (Museumsinsel usw.)

Betreuung, Service, Frühstückbuffet

Bella e trannquilla stanza. Situato molto bene nella città. Due stazioni dalla Alexanderplatz, solo una stazione dalla Hauptbahnhof. Simpatici birreria e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottimo e ricco colazione. (Non avevo mai bisogno di un pranzo a mezzogiorno.

Il personale è professionale e gentile ma tiene una "distanza" dall'ospite. Vuol dire che il personale è molto anonimo. La doccia pulita ma un po' stretta. WI-FI in stanza c'era ma con un segnale troppo debole.

Wir haben selten in einem Hotel so gut und ruhig schlafen können; trotz Lage in der Stadtmitte alles sehr ruhig, das gilt auch für die rücksichtsvollen "Mitgäste". Die Betten waren prima, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die Hotelmitarbeiter, Reinigungsfrauen, Bedienungen bis hin zum Portier waren allesamt vorbildlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdrunglich zu sein.
