good location for staying one or two night if you have a car. There are free parking at the road and it's not too far from the city center. we got a big room on 5th floor, it's more than enough space for two adults and two kids like us. reasonable price

cleanliness not so good

good value for money ,very friendly staff. the rooms are simple but pleasant , also with a balcony.

The elevator is to old and small for an 11 floor hotel.(sometimes you had the feeling that you drinked to much,it was not, it was the elevator that wiggles up and down) Sometimes you had to stand in line just to take the elevator.And i dont like to take the stairs to the 8th floor.

Everything was fine, the hotel is located in a suburb but is easy to reach by public transport. Definitely very good value for money.

no free wifi in the room you have to go the lobby and access internet in their desktop, no wif in the lobby as well for free bit of a ride from city center (Alex Platz) but no big deal as you have S-bahn just around the corner

Great place no complaints. Beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly breakfast was good and plentyful.

Although the hotel was out of the city centre this was perfect for us as a couple as we like peace and quiet and we travelled by S Bahn into the city very easily. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. A stag party of english men who left us feeling ashamed to be english!!! They were so rude and inappropriate towards the hotel staff, who coped brilliantly.

Basically no problems if you add the price into equation - for us it was maybe a second cheapest option. The hotell is well connected via S-Bahn (look it up on google street view) to the city and Potsdam, there is free parking on the street (I think, at least we didn't pay :), a balcony. The kids loved the stacked (two-level) beds. Elevator tiny, but again, for the kids it was an experience. After all, it managed to get the family of five op and down with no problems. Staff moderately friendly, rooms clean.

Bathroom is not up to the expectations, but just cosmetically - walls, tiles. Free internet is just downstairs in the lobby , two computers, and the wifi in the rooms costs something. A bit disappointing, it could be a good usp for the place. To sum this all up, it was ok for the price and location, but I can't say that I won't even look for an alternative next time visiting Berlin.

Basic but nice place for the price. Got 6 person room for the price of a double - kids stay free, which made the price unbeatable. It's not close to the center, but easily accessible via S-bahn (25-30 minutes including the walk to the station). Street parking is easy and free.

Bathroom need to be maintained better and preferably updated - there was mold above the tiles (which did not extend high enough up the wall). The dinky elevator and like from the communist era (even though this is West Berlin).

I just like everything about this hotel. We have been here 3 times now within 6 months, and everytime we get good and friendly service, and a clean room with lots of space. Reasonable price, S-bahn station is near.. and i could write here many positive things about this hotel. This will be the only hotel in Berlin, that we are going to spend our holidays on! I don't think that 2 euros is too much to pay for using internet. Maybe the furniture isn't from the latest season in fashion, but it wont bother us.

One negative thing, maybe we just can't use the shower, or i don't know what's the problem with that, but there's coming only freezing cold or burning hot water.. :D

This hotel is like all Hilton Hotels - basic accommodation - for the rest you have to pay - parking ( 8 eur per night), breakfast 9 eur pro person , wifi - 2 Eur per 24h, water in the room 2,80 eur , and so on... Rooms are very big but basic furniture, basic cleaning
