Easy to find, very nice staff and service.

The hotel is not far from the center and very close to the metro station. The rooms are simply equipped, but everything necessary is inside. The room and bathroom were clean and spare enough for 2 persons. The breakfast was very good for such a price! I can recommend this hotel especially for young people.

There are no lift inside, so if you are not very young and full of energy, it could be hard to carry you luggage upstairs.

Cold room

we were looking for a hotel, not too expensive to spend new years in berlin. with kids. my boyfriend and i had three children with us, and didn't want to spend too much money. the hotel was perfect for that stay. we stayed on the 5th floor, in a room with more than enough beds. the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. pricing was good, no secret exra charges. the view was great. the room didn't have a fridge or microwave, but if it did the job we needed. very happy with the hotel.

Very warm spacious rooms, very clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was very helpful and it was just in front of a metro station. I would defenately recomend it. Also free wi-fi in the lobby.

Great staff that spOke perfect English & always helpful. Whole family could stay in room with 6 beds reducing cost.

It would have been great to have a seperate room from the kids but that is not the purpose of this type of hotel. Breakfast was also a great value and it kept coming fresh.

The staff is really nice and always ready to help. We were 3 people and had a 6 beds room, so it was a nice surprise to get a bigger room for same price. The ubanh/public transportation is really close, many stops, and there are really great restaurants+ internet cafés all around. Moreover, there's no noise near the rooms. If you are not at ease with hostels, just as I am, then this one is the best for you.

No wifi in the rooms, but free wifi in the hall. But there's an fast internet café in same street than the hotel, only 1minute walking.

The staff was kind and helpfull, the breakfast was very good.

To much noise in the evening, due to young people in the hallway. Maybe better if families was placed at top, and the backpackers/shools at the bottom.

Good! Well, even great!! Rooms are simple yet very very clean. Atmosphere is great and the people are so nice! Liked it a lot and will come again when in Berlin. Last time in Berlin I stayed in a luxury hotel but the feeling was: very cold. This stay I felt such a warm atitute. Danke!

Only thing is that one night, they had a very noisy group there and it was hard to sleep.

i got the add from the Internet and from the Spartacus gay a magazine, i need to be central, and I have to say its a walking distance to the gay area its a pleasant walking.Staffs are wonderful, special thanks to Steve in the reception such a lovely nature and so helpful.we stay in the 3Th floor, was not easy without a lift , so if I stay next time I will ask for the Th floor.breakfast was a hight light from this hostel, wonderful for sure.the rooms are so clean and plenty sun, just the t.v was to small to catch up in the German language, could you please up date please.Thank you guys for everything.
