everything except for the wifi
wifi did not really work
Nice, fresh interior, cool youthful atmosphere, good parking opportunities nearby. Very good value for money.
The room was pretty cold when we got there, poor WiFi, noisy breakfast area.
Breakfast was great and the Hostel is well located,.
Free WiFi is too slow, We had to buy the paid one . A little problem with english communication but it is still fine.
Very clean in all its area (showers, wc, bedrooms and kitchen). A nice kitchen with a lot of cookware and a organized fridge. Nice lounge where you can work and relax. I have never see a so nice hostel!!!
WiFi a little bit poor. Sometimes was working just fine, some other time drove me crazy. There is a limited number of locker. I have been lucky in finding one available for my pc and passport
The place is mainly a hotel, i think, and it has dormitory rooms and kitchen for backpackers on the half-basement floor. facilities included for dormitory rooms such as shared bathrooms and kitchen were good, except for cleanliness which was still better compared to normal hostels. bed was comfortable, but it had no curtains. I paid for breakfast seperately, it was 6.50 euros if i remember correctly, and it was really really good, wide choices way more worth than 6 euros i think!
the staffs will help you, give advices on what you need, but they RARELY smile, which made me feel bad asking them something, especially women staffs who were usually working daytime. this was the only thing that i did not like about this place.
The staff was very friendly, the hotel looks nice. The room was great, the floor heating in the bathroom perfect!
The hotel is flooded by teenagers. The first night they were running along the hallway on my floor every now and then, or at least it sounded like that. The internet connection was incredibly slow one evening - I literally could not check my e-mail. I guess this is also connected to the teenagers. The bed was covered in some plastic cover I think (under the nice and clean bedsheets), so I was sweating a lot during the night.
Location & value for money , friendly staff
Great location, free wifi, nice staff. I will definitely come back and recommend.
No telephone in the room so for everything you want to ask you need to go down to the reception.
wifi is too slow
Its close to train station and super breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful staff.
Mixed doorms, was supposed to be singel sex dorms but was mixed in the one I stayed.
Location, Price, Place, Facilities, Staff, Breakfast are super.
Only Bad part was heating system was not enough to provide comfort.
Cleanliness was amazing
Roof top was closed- due to time of year so I'm not complaining.
very expensive rate, no telephone in rooms
The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the clear design of rooms. Liked the unpretentiousness of the place
The breakfast was superb, but the breakfast room is a bit cramped during peak times
The #1 location, interior... Concept
The dirty toilet
location was fabulous! very clean and elegant because this is hotel and hostel.
had difficulty to find gate of the hostel.
Breakfast is fantastick + you can relax in evening with own dinner in the big area with good seats
We paid to be upgraded to a private room after not being able to secure our things in hostel room, and the difference was unbelievable. Pay the extra money or stay at a different hostel. Wifi worked well.
The hostel room was hot, stuffy, smelly, noisy and lockers did not actually lock for any bed. (We had to show hotel staff because they thought we were stupid and didn't know how to use it. They weren't fixed in the two weeks we were there.) Clientele were older men. 2 of 3 showers were "being renovated".
Perfect location to go to Tegel with X9 - only 2 minutes walking to bus station. Clean and well maintained hotell.
Elevator could have been cleaner. Like so often in Germany only lagers and no ales in the bar.
Excellent price, clean, modern, well maintained, good location (shops, bars, subway), nice big windows.
Just a couple of minor problems: it was a bit cold in the room and the air conditioning didn't help much, a blanket would be of use, the Wi-Fi signal was ridiculously weak and we couldn't use it at all.
The wifi was extremely bad. For foreign visitors who have no access to the local mobile phone signal, strong wifi signals in the room is a must.
Very nice and secure facility with nice buffet breakfast, very clean too, it was the best hostel I've stayed in
The WiFi wasn't working when I stayed there.
We two live in a 6 people's room, very comfortable and there is a supermarket just outside the hotel, very convenient. And the bed is very clean.
Sometimes smelly because of the water pipe.
The location is perfect, no crossing to get to a S and U public transport. Many great supermarkets/ restaurant/ shopping centers nearby. Rooms are very clean.
Atmosphere is lacking, it feels like a mass hotel. The staff is tired of dealing with noisy and trouble kids. I would not recommend hanging out, not for coffee, not for breakfast, and certainly not for beer. There is a lot of noise due to younger crowd which does not respect the late hours rules of conduct. Rooms do not have phone, and more importantly a fridge (eating out every meal is too much).
