Staff very helpful and answered all of our questions. Breakfest was good and the hotels facilities are great, specially the terrasse on the rooftop was very nice.

I really like that hotel It was very clean and the breakfast was very nice you can eat all you want to eat and you have several options for it

Good modern hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly personal, 5 min to Berlin zoo, 10 minutes walk to KaDeWe - the oldest shopping center in Europe.

Big plus for Aletto :)

Low price, good quality, free breakfast, good location.

It was convenient to buses and trains. It was close to interesting cultural sites. Very nice breakfast selection.

The BEST hostel ever!! The bed was cosy, and the breakfast was amazing!! The location of the hostel is great! I definitely recommend this hostel! =) (Saskia is a sweetheart =))!

Nothing really. There was a creepy Romanian guy in my dorm room, but it wasn't the hostel's fault!

The room was clean, the breakfast was great, the location is excellent.

The female staff was not friendly and it took them long to change the towels.

Awesome location. Stayed with 3 kids and they loved it. Very quiet rooms, small but clean. Lots of playgrounds, boys enjoyed the soccer field very much. A little bit overcrowded for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Breackfast wonderfull and in two places simultaneously. Very good ubication, near the SBahn station, and shopings streets. It have washmachiene by pay...very practice.

The room they give us is in the side with the view to a parking bulding. The other sides of the hotel have good views.

The location in Charlottenburg. The room was quite small, but very nice. The breakfast was great, I even got glutenfree bread.

Most staff were very helpful Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Quiet at night despite size. Roof terrace. Very clean. Great breakfast.

Given a room with 3 bunk beds despite booking a family room for maximum of 3 people. When we raised this with staff that evening we were told there was nothing could be done and we could go elsewhere if not satisfied !! The morning staff were much more helpful and resolved the matter

What will you react when you hear hostel??? I havent stay in Hostel before,my expectation is will be dirty honestly iam not expecting anything...Supringsingly Atello Hotel and Hostel,the Dorm is clean shower and toilet are all clean with kitchen that yo can cook food that you for dinner..and I didnt expect the that kind of facility at all...and the Breakfast??? Was Amazing!! Its very good and well plan thought...if iam going back to Berln again I will stay in same Hotel and will recommend to everybody...

The downside...is the Girls who work at the reception,still need to train more because they work in the Hotel not Mc Donalds or Pizza Hut...still need to be train how to talk to the guest...and thats not to all the girls at the reception...the younger or I think they are on trainee or work as part time..the olderone they knew what they doing and know how to talk to the Guest..

Great breakfast, roof terrace. The hotel is clean and modern. Friendly staff. Close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hostel/Hotel set-up, quality of service and facilities. We got the quiet end of the building which was great if one wants to sleep. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay here.

Very clean, great location, speceful pubic rest room ,shower work very well and health free breakfast, all worth to come again.

Dormitory room underground and small for many persons.

The hotel is very noisy with a lot of guests. It was really hard to get in the evelator at peak hour, so we had to carry our luaggages from third floor all the way down.
