We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Alexanderplatz via tram or 10-15 minute walk. The front desk staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. This hotel had no frills but served our needs. |

I liked the fact that it was near the center and there was a tram stop right outside. also the breakfast was very nice the hotel should put an elevator and improve the design of the rooms |

Excelent cost-benefit, staff very friendly, providing useful information about the surroundings (for example the best place to park the car). The room was very functional, spacious, clean, with everything working properly. Breakfast good, not so many option but good value for the price. |

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was pretty good, there was a tram stop just outside the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Very good value for money. |

The staff were extremely helpful with tips on where to go, how to get there etc. We were allowed to check in early also, they were very friendly and relaxed. The bed and pillow was more comfortable than mine at home! We were only staying for a weekend and just needed a simple modern room in an area that was central enough for us to get around town and that is exactly what it was, I really liked the photography in the hall and the modern interiors in our room. There was a safe as well which was handy. Directly outside the hotel is a tram that takes you straight to Alexanderplatz. And a walk down the road is a tram that takes you to Orienanburger which is great for restaurants and an amazing artist commune with a sculpture park. Enjoy! |

The hotel was very very clean and comfortable , the brakfast was great .The only problem is that the metro station and the subway was not so close to the hotel.There is a tram station and a taxi station. |

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet.The reception was very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. I am not a big fan of soft pillows. |

The staff were helpfull and the breakfast was reasonably good. The hotel is located close to a tram stop the hotel feels very much like a budget hostel that has had a cheap cosmetis makeover in an atempt to justify higher rates. the rooms were poorly laid out and noisy. The location is not great despite being close to a tram stop. |

The hotel has recently been completely refurbished and was very clean. Staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good for Europe. The location was more out of the way than we had expected. Though the U-bahn stop was right outside, we generally prefer walking. Also, parking was a little challenging to find, but free once a space on the street was located. |

Just stayed at the hotel for the second time. Alex is situated near Alexanderplatz. Tramstop for line M4 right in front of the entrance. Breakfast from 7 to 12. |

everything! service was excellent, great breakfast, extremely clean. WIFI was a treat, fast.. great area, excellent for touring bands, this is what we are and it fitted all criterias for us.. |

Great little hotel in excellent location just near Alexanderplatz, Tram and bus stops to centre Berlin.Bar/club over the road very reasonable 3.50 euros per beer, Great little Thai takeaway next door, staff fantastic,breakfast really good free tea/coffee, 2 euros for a bottle of beer what more could you want! Also room was very spacious and spotless,very comfortablr bed.RECOMENDED!!! |

The people were friendly, the room was big, clean and well furnished (we had been upgraded to an aparment.) It was a bit noisy. I'm not sure if the loud music was coming from another room or a different building, but it was there on our first night. Luckily not too late, though, it stopped before midnight. |
