Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Hier zeigt sich, dass ein drei Sterne-Hotel keinen Vegleich scheuen muss.

Den Aufenthalt haben wir insgesamt als angenehm empfunden. Im Hotel war es ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend - das zuständige Personal sehr engagiert. Zum Abendbrot können wir keine Angaben machen. Das Reinigungspersonal für die Zimmer war mal etwas zu aufdringlich - man füllte sich dann etwas vom Zimmer vertrieben. Die Betten waren für uns zu weich, weshalb der Schlafgenuss etwas gelitten hat - dies ist uns aber leider nicht zum ersten Mal in Hotels passiert.

Unser Zimmer war gross, sehr sauber, bequem und ruhig. Ausserordentlich freundliches Personal. Die Umgebung bietet phantastische Natur (Radfahren, Wandern) und schöne Strände. (Keine Ballermann-Atmosphäre). Wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Lage ist zentral im Ort , etwa 700 bis 800 Meter zur Ostsee. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut aber bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte es nicht vorkommen, dass Schranktüren defekt sind und am Spiegel einer Schraktür eine Seite vom Glas abgebrochen ist.

Mycket trevligt hotell med vänligt mottagande. God service både på hotelldelen och restaurangen. Lite för lite personal vid frukostserveringen på söndagen då hotellet var fullbelagt.

sehr gutes Frühstück, das regelmäßig aufgefüllt wurde; Freundlichkeit des Personals; recht großes und gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer, in dem nicht täglich die Handtücher gewechselt wurden, wenn dies nicht gewünscht und erforderlich war; schnelles Umsetzen von Extrawünschen; Wellness-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, scheint aber gut zu sein; Lage des Hotels ist gut; Gartenbereich zum Sitzen geeignet Restaurantpersonal hat uns sehr oft nicht verstanden und war häufig sehr langsam in der Bedienung (musste fast täglich aufgefordert werden, Gedecke bereit zu stellen, statt bereits die Tische abzuräumen); Bedienunung brachte falsche Essensbestellungen; Küche des hauseigenen Restaurants ist grauenhaft (Halbpension ist daher überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen)

Schöne Bäderarchitektur, schöner Garten/Terrasse (bei schönem Wetter...), zentrale Lage Teil des Personals war ungeschult (Wartezeiten im Speisesaal), verstand kein Deutsch, Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett für Kind war zu eng für drei Personen.

Die Freundlichkeit von einigen Mitarbeitern, wie Z.B. Zimmermädchen, Empfang und zwei Kellnerinnen. Die Zimmer sind nicht geeignet für Familien mit Baby oder Kleinkind, zu wenig Platz.Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer heizten sich sehr stark auf. Der kleine Wellnessbereich war aus technischen Gründen geschlossen.Keine Bar.
