Score from 1067 reviews Very good
space and comfort conveniently located for u-bahn obliging pleasant staff
Breakfast and location are good
Carpets and bathroom need a serious makeover Lots of noise from hallway traffic as people go have breakfast early in the morning
Great service, fair price, very clean and comfortable, and even a very satisfying breakfast
Did not use wifi for 5€ a day and neither the sauna.
This is considered a business hotel, but while there is a nice meeting room, the wifi was not working or poorly working!!!
Really nice hotel. Great room, nice bathroom. Has a mini bar and free tea and coffee facilities which is very important in winter time. Location is a bit far from the shopping (pedestrian) zone in Zeil street, about 15-20 min walk, but the Zoo is just around the corner.
It is unacceptable not to have free wi-fi in a 4* hotel in the 21st century. Also, would expect free mini toiletries opposite to a generic wall built-ins. A bit expensive for it's location.
good price, good breakfast, good, beds, good shower, friendly and funny employees, ...
we asked for a quite room with a view and that is exactly what we got Breakfast was excellent Staff are very friendly and helpful Frankfurt Card is a great plus.
No complaints really besides that you have to pay for wifi. But there is a computer with internet.
far from city center
The room is fairly spacious but the safe was not working in room 407 my daughter had made an operation & the room was very comfortable
Everything was very good! Nearby zoo and city.
The room, the room is fair.
well ..... 1 the breakfast, we stay there 5 nights (Frankfurt book show), 2 of the breakfast we only have one peace of bread (crappy supermarket bread) First day the salad buffet even have salmon, but has gone the rest of the days .... On the last days we have more choice of breads, but is a BAD breakfast to a 4 Start Hotel .... in particular when you are paying 200 Euros a Night! Also i don't forecast the manager eating that yogurt full of sugar !!! (so many good food in Germany you CLEARLY can give a best breakfast to the guests!) 2 Internet, well since we pay the Internet, at night with the hotel full we take 1 minute to open a email !!! and we are paying ??? .... no comments ... 2 Staff, depend on the day an don the weather, 1 day to go to the Fair we ask for our taxi the girl at the desk have a stress attack ...how. But normally the staff performed in a regular manner .. 3 Bed, well paying 200 Euros per night we expect the bed made and change every day ... guess what? they don't do the bed everyday .... just every other day .... no comment!! one of the morning we even put in the floor the pillows (all) .. but then went to the bed again .... I can continue with a few more thinks, but i think you got the picture, to be honest will not be that difficult to find better for 200 Euros a night.
Very clean Room is spacious Quality breakfast Very silent 10 minutes walk to shopping district
A bit pricey Staff are good but a bit cold Far from Frankfurt hbf
Very far whether from station and / or attractive area even by using metro (cost money)
The hotel was beautiful, very clean, up to date and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. It's on a quiet, treed street. It's not inexpensive but it is worth the rate. It's location was only 2 blocks from a great tube stop and cafes. We weren't even visiting the Zoo and would stay here again just to visit Frankfurt.
helpful staff, breakfast excellent, some very good restaurants in the neighbourhood,a plus was it is very quiet. could not have wished for more
spacious rooms and bathrooms complementary sauna fantastic breakfast quiet neighborhood nice restaurants near by
Удобно расположен, добротные номера, великолепный персонал
The location was quiet, near public transportation, and an easy walk to many restaurants. The breakfast was more than adequate, but nothing very special. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and everything, except for the air conditioning, worked properly
The suite was significantly more costly than a regular, yet the air conditioning never reached the bedroom. There should have been an a/c outlet in the bedroom. Without a restaurant, it is hard to see how this hotel was rated four stars when compared to other four star hotels I have used in Germany. A solid 3 1/2 stars would be appropriate.
Excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again. A little off the beaten track, out by zoo but a half hour walk would get you into the city, however only a block from the tram. We had a very nice suite which had cooking facilities but no utensils or cookware!! Breakfast was excellent and the dining room very attractive and cheerful.
air condition the distance to UBahn and city center nice breakfast friendly staff
no good privacy in first floor rooms small space in room access to room ( stairs ) specially when there is heavy loggages so slip or lift is needed
Location and easy access to the heart of city, good price, free wifi. Lots of good restaraunt options within a 15-minute walk.
Beds were hard and while we had a window that opened, view was of other rooms.
Great loaction, nice and spacious rooms. Breakfast fine, but lacks fresh fruit. We were there for a triathlon and apreciated to be able to take our bikes with us to our room. Very accomodating place in that respect!
Paying for WiFi is not ok nowadays. Most of all we thought it unacceptable that as the hotel is renovating right now, you are disturbed by super-loud drilling noises every hour of the day including on Sunday. Nearly fell out of bed when the drill started at 7:55 am on Saturday.
Not far from public transport, but far enough away from noise The hotel bar was not opened
Full rate charged during the renovation works Breakfast was ok, but definitely not great and bad value for money.
