The rooms were quite spacious, though a little old-fashioned. The staff was helpful and kind. And, of course, let's not forget the breakfast, which was delightful :) There was some noise from the side of Mollstrasse, but it wasn't very annoying (I guess it may be for someone else, e.g. princesses that cannot sleep on peas, etc. ;) |

Room big enough, breakfast good, position near to Alexanderplatz, cleanliness of the room acceptable Unfriendly staff, especially the brunette at the front desk, shabby furniture, old looking rooms, the rugs need to be changed, no minibar, to small TV, cleaning of the commune parts is far from what should be. |

The large suite we were given, late check out, clean and spacious, guest fridge in the room,. Ample towels in the room, and cleaned every day. Maid service was good. The breakfasts very revolting, didn't look appetising, and hardly any choice, if you went down late say 9.45am virtually nothing left, they switched lights off the canopies at bang on the dot 10am, no attention to details in the dining room, bit like a transport cafe. Staff very unfriendly, and could do with putting a smile on their faces. The reception staff were friendly though. Could do with better and more lighting particularly in room 604. |

Location close to conference center and the breakfast buffet. The hotel is noisy due to intense traffic on avenues below which pretty much goes all day and night. As there was no air conditioning, opening the windows just made the noise unbearable. This hotel seems like it is out of a cold war movie, with outdated furniture, carpets and drapings. We understood that the wireless internet was free, but it was not, it was very expensive. Going back and re-reading the information on the homepage of the hotel, I realized that the language used about free internet was deceptive. |

The fact that you are close to public transportation. Good breakfast buffet. Although the rooms are spacious, I believe that the hotel needs rennovation. |

The room is spacious with balcony. It will be better if air-conditioner, refrigerator and water boiler are available. |

Very good breakfast, high quality of food and many sorts of spread. Nice staff very quickly to clean the tables, and came with coffee at once. I don,t like the carpet on the floor in the rooms. |

The staff was very understanding and helpful when we had to cancel our 3 night reservation only after 1 night due to a medical emergency. They only charged us for the 1st night and we checked out at 2pm. |

The room was quite large and included a sofa and coffee table. The front desk is open 24 hours. The breakfast buffet is huge. The location is not right at Alexanderplatz, but once you figure out the trams, the hotel is easy to get to. There was a rule that you could not move any of the furniture in the room. Did this mean you couldn't move the armchair closer to the TV? Also, the breakfast room got quite crowded and it was difficult to find a clean table or get someone to bring you coffee |

Hotel in Berlin Est style. Ideally for visiting the city. Right in front of the hotel 3 tram lines connected with Alexander Platz every 3 minutes. Breakfast a bit overcrowded we preferred to have it outside. If you have problem with carpet it's not ideally. |

We were delighted with the convenience of the hotel for public transport into Alexanderplatz with tram stops immediately outside the hotel. The breakfast was ample and varied and the rooms were very comfortable and, even with the windows open, it was very quiet. |
