Hotel Alexander beim Kurfürstendamm  

My friend and I stayed here recently and found the staff to be the best I've encountered anywhere. They were friendly, informative and always quick to help us with anything. The hotel is clean and bright. The breakfast was very good every morning we were there with a variety of options, even a cooked breakfast if we wished. The hotel is very close to one of the big shopping areas and near enough to a train station. The only thing I found was that the room was a little small for 2 friends sharing but it was adequate for our needs. I would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Berlin.

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was situated in a pleasant, quiet area. My room gave on to a leafy central garden.

The room was adequate and reasonably appointed but a bit old-fashioned and really rather too small.

A neat, clean, quiet hotel. I think the hotel could do a bit better to indicate it's location more clearly, I.E. by indicating street intersections rather than street numbers. The hotel is nevertheless easily accessible by bus from k Damm. We stayed for 5 nights and it was probably one of the most enjoyable ever in Europe.

La disposición de su equipo personal, atentos a cualquier necesidad del huesped. Su ubicación en zona residencial, muy tranquila y dotada de todos los servicios imaginables a solo pocos pasos del hotel, ideal para el descanso. Muy cercano a medios de transporte público y a la zona con mayor oferta comercial y de ocio más variada de Berlín. Absolutamente recomendable.

Lo único a reseñar es que no tiene ascensor, aunque solo existe planta baja y dos pisos, pero para personas de edad o con problemas de accesibilidad podría suponer un inconveniente, que con la ayuda del personal del hotel puede resolverse.

Hotel calme, plutôt propre. Le personnel de l'hotel était vraiment très sympathique, accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Situation géographique intéressante, à 5 minutes à pied des stations de métro ou de bus. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié, service impeccable, et avec le sourire.

Les draps étaient certes nettoyés mais des traces de sang étaient encore visibles. Pas de connections internet, ni d'imprimantes.

Alles ok.

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter, hervoragendes Frühstück. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Værelset var rigtigt hyggeligt og hotellet var ordentligt, stille og roligt.

Colazione con buona possibilità di scelta. Le camere le puliscono decentemente.

Più che un albergo è un affittacamere. Alla reception non c'è personale fisso, restavano solo poche ore al giorno. Mi hanno dato una camera in cui la notte si sentiva un rumore di acqua che scorre in una condotta (probabilmente l'autoclave) abbastanza forte da non riuscire a dormire.

Gute Lage

Angenehmes Hotel, bei dem das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmt. Für diese Preisklasse überraschend gutes Frühstück. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Herzlich-und Freundlichkeit der Chefin, als auch der Angestellten. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet, Tipps und Empfehlungen entsprachen unserer Vorstellung. Für kleine private Gespräche hatte man ebenfalls Zeit.Erwähnen muss man auch die "gute Fee", die für die Sauberkeut zuständig ist, alles war perfekt sauber. Wir werden das kleine Hotel, mit seiner ganz persönlichen Note, wieder buchen.
