The entire staff made us feel very welcome. I had stayed at the Hotel Alexandra several times and was very happy. I knew that it had closed but the Hotel Alexander was run by the same people. The personal touch of the staff makes it a wonderful place to stay. I have recommended it to other people. I will stay at the Hotel Alexander the next time I am in Berlin.

Very friendly staff, all speaking very good English. Breakfast offered a wide choice of everything with cooked eggs made to order. A good, quiet, safe location in an area with plenty to see and do. A good base to explore the city. It's about an 8 minute walk to the nearest S Bahn station. Underground stations are a bit closer, but still a reasonable walk.

We liked the small anteroom with daybed and desk which allowed us more space for suitcases, coats, etc. wifi was good, staff was very helpful. Our room was quiet, no traffic noise, only birdsong from the trees outside. The breakfast and service was outstanding for the money. Guests arriving late at the hotel let the doors slam. Not really the fault of the hotel but annoying.

Morgenbuffen var utrolig lækker Middagen var under al kritik. Gourmetmiddag= Kokossuppe kyllingebryst(overlår) med risotto .Halv æblering med jordbær is og creme samt lidt flødeskum:( Hotellet har ikke egen p-plads koster 12 euros pr. døgn.Et 4 stjernet hotel bør have gratis p- pladser!

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof hinaus gelegen, so dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann, obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist. Das Hotel ist allerdings innen etwas hellhörig, so dass man Duschen, andere Gäste etc. hört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und relativ gross (mit Liege, Fernseher, Kuscheldecke, Schrank, Kofferablage, Tisch...). Die Einrichtung im gesamten Hotel ist sehr schmackhaft und erinnert nicht an Standard Hotel Zimmer - z.b. spezielle Möbel, schöne Lampen.. Das Bad ist sauber und geräumig - die Dusche ist nicht eng und verfügt über einen guten Wasserdruck. Es ist genügend Platz vorhanden (für Koffer, Necessaire etc.) Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig (Früchte, Joghurt, verschiedenste Brote und Croissants, Konfitüren, Fleisch, Lachs, Käse, Eier, Tee, Kaffee...) und frisch. Die Lage ist relativ gut. Der Bus (Station Bleibtreustrasse) ist zu Fuss in gut 5 Minuten und die S-Bahn in knapp 10 Minuten (Savigny Platz) zu erreichen. Mit diesen Verbindungen sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt beim Hotel Alexander auf jeden Fall, so dass ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen würde. Leider waren im Zimmer nur 2 Steckdosen, davon eine im Bad, vorhanden. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen Aufzug. In der Dusche ist keine Ablagefläche für Duschgel, Shampoo etc. vorhanden.

Un buen hotel con buena atencion y buen servicio, con wifi libre. Pedi una cama grande y juntaron 2, no tenian ropa de cama para una cama grande, por lo que dormia finalmente igual en una pequeña. Igualmente el personal se esmero por dar solución.

Хорошее месторасположение, отличные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал. Не круглосуточный ресепшен, Wi-Fi плохо работает в номерах (низкий уровень сигнала).

Понравилось все. Потрясающе отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, бесплатные карты города, просторный номер (брали "Улучшенный двухместный номер"), регулируемое отопление (в том числе и в ванной), балкон, сейф, быстрый интернет. В номере очень тихо, улица Kurfürstendamm с массой магазинов в двух шагах. Everything is wonderfull. Amazingly friendly staff, free maps of the city, large room (we booked "Superior Double Room"), adjustable heating (including the bathroom), balcony, safe, high speed internet. The room is very quiet. Придраться вроде не к чему) Nothing)

Sehr freundliches, serviceorientiertes Personal. Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Gute, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen, werden das Hotel bei unserer nächsten Berlinreise wieder aufsuchen, wenn möglich.

Уютный, чистый и достаточно тихий отель. Персонал дружелюбный и очень вменяемо объясняется на английском языке. Местоположение действительно удачное - до ближайшего метро 7 минут пешком, удобно добираться до отеля если едете на общественном автобусе из аэропорта Тегель. Еще один из плюсов достаточно вкусный завтрак, по желанию сотрудник отеля "дежурный по столовой" жарит яичницу или омлет. Из минусов разве... что шум из коридора от проходящих по нему людей
