location was the best..access to alexanderplatz train station was asset.near a lot of restaurants and shopping check in was an issue...no staff at location. towels...horrible...plenty of them, but backpack towels are better. |

Apartment was large and clean. Add 30 euro cleaning fee to your bill, Alexanderplatz is one of the busiest and ugliest areas in Berlin and even the double windows can't keep out the noise of the trains, no English language TV stations. |

Perfect location,just in front of the train station.Apartment very spacious, with confortable beds and very clean.Owners were very kind and helpfull. We had a very pleasant stay!! |

The position is perfect, just in front of the tower and the station. The apartment is beautiful, nice furnished and really clean. The staff is helpful. |

Nice place who wants to live in the center of the city at the reasonable price, including "sweet home" comfort. Ideal for friend's groups :) Will visit once again, for sure! :) |

The apartments were in a perfect location (right in Alexanderplatz) and close to shopping, eating, and nightly entertainment. We felt very safe during our stay and the apartment was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor of the place was nice, as well. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking to stay in an apartment near Alexanderplatz, which is also near many other tourist sights. Only complaint would be the lack of internet. |

stayed in 2-bed apartment at 15 karl-liebknecht str. excellent location, clean and well-equipped apartment. located next to train station and main road but noise was not a problem. |

Very Central location. Quite proper. First night very expensive (240€). Way too much for the quality (would normally be 60€). No service, neighborhood just ok. smelled like detergent. |

Basic and very clean. Excellently furnished in cheerful Ikea stuff. Great beds. Cute kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Incredibly clean. Very friendly owner who although I didnt meet was helpful over the phone. Excellent location just opposite Alexanderplatz U/S-bahn station. Some reviews said the noise kept them awake - we were there on a Saturday and Sunday night - we expected loud music on Saturday and maybe bad traffic noise Monday morning. However it was relatively peaceful - with the windows open would have been louder but not very loud. Tv - couldn't get more than 4 channels - obviously not a big deal while you're on vacation and I guess could have been us being un- technical!Website didnt make it clear that I had to contact the owner in advance to tell him when I would be arriving so he could let us in. There si no reception at all - it is literally an apartment block with privately owned apartments. There is not even a sign to let you know you have got the right place!! Luckily I printed off the confirmation so I had the full address. |

It is literally next to the Alexanderplatz TV tower, and the tram, and the metro/train station. From the window of the room you can see the three of them. The apartment is of a good size, has a small kitchen, bathroom and medium closet. We really loved it The only thing is that if you're hot and want to open the windows, the noise from outside is too loud. |

the owner was so helpful in general and in particular in speedly getting a doctor for me, so difficult in unfamiliar place.fit out of apartment good if spartan .location the best feature. bed too low. pans and saucepans too small and limited.no dish towels or washing machine .only cups and saucers for three.lobby area needs upgrading to same standard as apartments |
