ALFA Hotel  

It was a very good small hotel. Clean tidy and friendly.

Well-organized. Staff extremely helpful and obliging. Breakfasts, though rather pricy, varied and appetising. Impeccably clean and modern. All-in- all a pleasant experience.

Very well situated, own parking, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Perfect!

Good location in city center.

Very ,very noisy at night. Too many outdoor cafes and bars. Could not sleep with all the noise, even with windows closed!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean, and so are the bathrooms, there's a varied buffet breakfast, a private car park and the location is central.

As there's a kind of casino and/or disco in the street, it is very noisy at night...

In front of the room is the bar. So until late night loud voice from there is not comfort enough.

Proximity to the city centre and cafes/restaurants and shops. It had a lift which was useful for us as our son has difficulty walking. Spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere. Quiet to say it's location in the city. Parking was good (once you worked out how to get down the pedestrian precinct to get to it!). Staff nearly all spoke good English. Good hotel for a one or two night stop.

No air conditioning so it was hot on the 3rd floor. Room for 3 adults was very large and could have taken one or two "comfortable" chairs. Like many hotels in Europe, no tea and coffee making facilities. We did not say our son was disabled and whilst there was a lift, there were then a further 5 or 6 steps to access part of the 3rd floor where are room was so beware. Breakfast was not really worth 10 euros each, plenty of very close eating places in the square behind the hotel. We did say our son only had a drink and they did not charge.

The rooms were extremely well designed with very high quality fittings. WiFi worked well even on the top floor.

Their free internet provider suddenly said my account had "expired" even though it had seven hours remaining, and I could not restart the connection.

Really friendly staff who helped me get my emissions sticker for my car which I didn't realise you needed until the last minute. Lovely large room and great value

Friendly, efficient staff who were able to recommend good restaurants. Good breakfast, excellently presented. Very quiet street, despite its central location.

There were about 40 tv channels, of which 39 were in German and one in French. Nothing at all in English!

The staff were very friendly and the location in the centre of town was excellent

Although we were on the top (3rd) floor, there was a lot of noise from the street late at night
