ALFA Hotel  

It was a very good small hotel. Clean tidy and friendly.

Central Location good value. Very comfortable and firendly staff.

No bicycle parking facility.

Friendly staff but advice sent us to expevsive over priced italian restraunt up road poor!! One of those where the veg with the steak was 2 thin slices of potato ie a potato between four and some soft spinnach for 27 euros and a cover charge for the bread not satisfying at all

Woken 3 am by noise in street motorbikes and drunken youths ordinary breakfast impossible to find from instructions given expensive for a room in a city street

Proximity to the city centre and cafes/restaurants and shops. It had a lift which was useful for us as our son has difficulty walking. Spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere. Quiet to say it's location in the city. Parking was good (once you worked out how to get down the pedestrian precinct to get to it!). Staff nearly all spoke good English. Good hotel for a one or two night stop.

No air conditioning so it was hot on the 3rd floor. Room for 3 adults was very large and could have taken one or two "comfortable" chairs. Like many hotels in Europe, no tea and coffee making facilities. We did not say our son was disabled and whilst there was a lift, there were then a further 5 or 6 steps to access part of the 3rd floor where are room was so beware. Breakfast was not really worth 10 euros each, plenty of very close eating places in the square behind the hotel. We did say our son only had a drink and they did not charge.

The rooms were extremely well designed with very high quality fittings. WiFi worked well even on the top floor.

Their free internet provider suddenly said my account had "expired" even though it had seven hours remaining, and I could not restart the connection.

Friendly, efficient staff who were able to recommend good restaurants. Good breakfast, excellently presented. Very quiet street, despite its central location.

There were about 40 tv channels, of which 39 were in German and one in French. Nothing at all in English!

Sobre todo la ubicación, está en el centro de Karlsruhe, en la zona peatonal, el personal muy atento, el desayuno estupendo y además tiene parking.

Myslím si, že parking v hodnotě 10 Eur, který jsme využili, by měl být v ceně hotelu, to samé snídaně v hodnotě 10 Eur, kterou jsme ale nevyužili, by měla být v ceně.
