Bien situé, à 5mn du centre ville. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner pantagruélique ! Logée au 5è, l'ascenseur s'arrête au 4è. WC et douche communs à 7 chambres !! WC en libre service, pour peu que les voisins de chambre ne soient pas malades... Clef de la douche à réclamer en bas à la réception : pas pratique du tout !! Le descriptif de la chambre ne reflétait pas l'absence de sanitaire dans ce supposé 3 étoiles. |

Very close to central station, so it was convenient. We stayed in family room, it was enough space. The street along the hotel was few walker and few shop, so it was a bit quiet. |

reception through to departure management staff were excellent. Breakfast very extensive. Location very useful only issue was night time noise from adjoining bathrooms, rooms and corridor, in part guest behaviour , in part sound proofinf. I informed management of this |

i stayed in a cheaper room with shared bathroom, however , the facilities were good and my room , small (but was big enough for my needs) it was very well decorated and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful and nice, i will stay again. |

The breakfasts were excellent. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very convenient to the central train station but still was very quiet. Our whole diverse group was pleased with this hotel (young children, single adults and my 81 year old father). The rooms were hot at night. |

Somewhat good location, you can easily reach the old city center within minutes by foot. I have booked a single standard room. When I arrive, the staff tried to put me in a room without bathroom, thing that took me by surprise; however, after showing a long face, I was showed to a strange room, on the roof, way out of the presentation on their website; she said: this is a "new" room (it was not even showing a number on its door), a room that had an entrance to the elevator shaft (wtf?). Although I expresselly asked for parking at the site for the time to spend over there, when I arrived I was told that (sorry), it is full, and I can choose a city parking garage nearby (eur 20.- per day). The lady that "introduced" me inside this hotel was having a really haughty manner. Is this the Munchen I know or something changed lately? |

The special price was not much, but was appropriate for the room next to the elevator machine; good breakfast stairhouses look somewhat outdated, bar is very narrow. at arrival, (late) the receptionise was not really friendly, but all other staff members were very friendly |

The staff was helpful, there was somebody at the reception around the clock, it is near the Central Station and within walking distance from the old town. Tiny rooms, minuscule beds. The breakfast room is too small and very crowded in the morning, sometimes they won't even let you seat where you want. |
