The parking, staff, area.
Bed was hard as nails.
We liked he location as close to the main station. We liked the very helpful staff a lot.
The room was very tiny. Given it was the Oktoberfest, can't complain about the high rate. But it still was not really value for the money
1. Really close to the Oktoberfest wiesn and Marienplatz and Hbf 2. Clean and newly painted. Bathroom was excellent (I'm picky) 3. Great staff despite the busy festival seasson 4. quiet
this hotel is in easy walking distance to the main rail station and Oktoberfest Fair Grounds. The breakfasts are great if you get to the restaurant before 09:45. And the bar is cozy for a bier or a drink with a small group...
Close to station
Expensive hotel plus had to pay extra for dail for air conditioning. Offered us a quiet courtyard room, it was very noisy and smokey. No free wifi. Staff very rude and unhelpful Breakfast was good
The room was extremely small and the beds were similar to a toddlers first bed.
Clean rooms with good breakfast, close to the city center .
Small beds in a small room. The staff asked me to send a scanned copy of a signed decleration that I will pay the room cost with a specific credit card (a week before our trip). I met with such a demand for the first time although I travelled with "booking.com" for more than 8 years.
Location Helpful staff
Pokey rooms No foyer Lacks soul
really friendly hotel manager Great breakfast Convenient location nr station Nice clean room for family comfy main bed Very comfy sofa bed
Air condition of the room was pore.
breakfast was quiet good and was very near from the city centre and rail station.
for family room was little small.
Nice location, breakfasts, very clean. It has its own parking garage, but it is a bit expensive.
We booked a room for 3 people but they gave us a room for 2 with additional bed. The room was 12 square meters but not 20 as we booked. We tavelled with 2 kids 14 and 3 y.o. and i could not even get to the bathroom at night. It was awful. After 2 days of disputes we recieved our room as we booked and saw on the picture. We did not get any compensation and the man at the reception said that we should be gratefull for this present without additional payments. We were shocked.
Good location, near the train station.
Wifi need extra charges, and speed not fast.
The location is very close to the main subway station. Breakfast was rich and fresh. Staff was very helpfull and smiley.
The location, close to the train station and to the center. Also the breakfast was good.
The staff at night unable to give advice or other information on reservations or tours.

Very close to the railroad station; the area is pretty quite.
I have serious complaints about the service at this hotel. I came to the hotel with my husband and son, who went to medical intervention eyes. We settled into the hotel. In the morning, the person at the front desk, who identified herself as the daughter of the owner of the hotel, waiting for us (on our return from medical treatment) is very rude, arrogant, demonstrating the power of the charge that we made a stain on the carpet. She asked me to immediately pay € 200 per new carpet, did not provide any price list or discussion is allowed us to see what was going on. We were surprised by her performance and such contempt, in front of other customers. After checking, it turned out that it was true, we have made a stain on the carpet in the room, a very small area. After that, we asked her the price list which we paid for, and she has responded "that she knows that it costs 200 €." . But she has no price list for these cases. Then we were told that we would check how much it costs, and will pay before leave the hotel, since we stayed at the hotel for at least another 24 hours. That was the deal. After an afternoon nap, when darkness fell, we were able to walk with my son (because the eye is able to go if it is not very bright). We went out of the room and walked up to midnight. We came to the hotel at midnight, exhausted, my son sick and exhausted. Man at the front desk asked to "immediately pay € 200 per rug or we will not be able to get into our room." In front of other clients. We were astonished. My son asked for the room key he went to lie down, and my husband and I stand to solve, but man is ironic, that just looked at him and laughed cynically. He watched us as criminals, thieves.
Closeness to city center and train station. Hotel was clean and renovated.
Extra payment for Wifi and Parking

I would recommen those who would like to stay close to Munich Hbf
Breakfast. Helpfull staff
Too noisy Pay for air conditioning Small rooms Bed mattresses old Pay for wi fi
Location is very good as we were traveling to Bavarian region we could get a train easily at the central station (hauptbanhof). The breakfast was OK and room service also fine.
We asked for a double bad and to do so they joined two single matrices, which was pretty uncomfortable. Internet is also charged per hour/day and you have to take your device to the front desk to have access released.
The location is very near the Hauptbahnhoff and close to the Marienplatz, making it very convenient. The hotel is very clean and well-kept. The furnishings were nicely updated. The breakfast was outstanding, full of wonderful and plentiful choices, and served with the utmost courtesy and pleasantness.
BookingBuddy required that I confirm my plans 60 days in advance, and I understood this when I made the reservation. Within the 60 day window, I learned that family would be able to travel with me, and I contacted the hotel directly requesting an additional bed. The hotel only offered me an additional room, stated the rate would only be available for 48 hours, and required a 30 day cancellation window for a second room. Having not been to this area before, and not knowing the availability of rooms, these conditions created a sense of urgency for me, and so I booked the second room. As my plans with family were confirmed, I contacted the hotel to ask that they adjust the reservation I had made directly with the hotel; Mr. Nels Fink said they were unable to adjust my reservation. Upon arrival, I again asked about adjusting my reservation to what was actually needed, and learned that the standard reservation cancellation timeline for this hotel is 6 pm on the day of arrival. Still, when the desk staff consulted with Mr. Fink on the day of my arrival, he was unwilling to adjust my reservation. Though contractually Mr. Fink was entitled to decide as he did, it was unnecessarily inflexible. The management's unwillingness to adjust my reservation ended up costing me an additional 315 EU. I would advise other travelers to be cautious of these reservation tactics, as there are many, many hotels in the area and one need not feel that they must succumb to these tactics, or this sense of urgency, in order to be guaranteed a clean and safe room in this area.
Great location for train station and city centre Adequate breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Nice Room well appointed and clean Clean toilet and shower
Had on street room so a bit too much noise from traffic No toiletries in shower
