sehr netter Service, Zimmer mit Balkon; nach hinten raus sehr ruhig; gutes Restaurant; Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe in den Straßen hinter dem Hotel kostenfrei möglich (wahrsheinlich aber nur bis 18 - 19 Uhr, da Wohngegend) etwas, aber wirklich nur etwas "abgewetzte" Einrichtung (nicht störend); Einzelzimmer etwas klein, aber gut aufgeteilt

Das Personal war sehr nett, wir wurden sogar zum Zimmer gebracht. Das HOtel ist modern eingerichtet und von der Lage - Familienbesuch - für uns sehr gut. Das Bett war viel, viel zu weich, wir hatten beide schreckliche Rückenschmerzen. Und die Stühle im Zimmer waren sehr unbequem. Bauarbeiten müssen sein, aber nicht am Samstagmorgen. Da war eine Zumutung.

Dusche war defekt (Duschknopf war einfach abmontiert) in der Toilette lief das Wasser, Spülung defekt Zimmer sehr klein Sehr hellhörig, man hörte im 2.Stock das Telefon der Rezeption

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding reception. Our bedroom was very comfortable and the drink and food served at the reception dinner were excellent. The staff on the evening in question were very cheerful and helpful to the many guests, family and friends of the couple, some of whom had come from abroad. We also opted to stay for the buffet breakfast the morning after the party which we also enjoyed very much. The hotel may be located a bit too far from the railway station for more mature people to use it as a base to go exploring the area on day trips by train. Karlsruhe is not far from the Black Forest or Strassburg and Heidelberg.

Hotelpersonal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Zuerst wurde ich trotz Buchung von einem Nichtraucher-Zimmer direkt in ein Raucher-Zimmer gesteckt. Nach Beschwerde auf der Reception wurde mir aber ein Nichtraucher-Zimmmer eine Etage höher zugeteilt. Obwohl ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe waren im Zimmer nur Utensilien für einen. Nach einem weiteren Hinweis an der Reception bekam ich schiließlich eine zweite Decke für ein Doppelbett.Am nächsten Tag offensichtlich nach dem Aufräumen durch Personal blieb allerdings wiederum nur eine bezogene Decke im Zimmer.Bei Badutensilien ebenfalls - nur für eine Person. Insgesamt fiel noch veraltete und z.T. notdürftig geflickteEinrichtung des Zimmers und großes aber nicht ausreichend belichtetes Bad auf. Bei der Abreise bekamm ich, trotz einer günstigeren Buchung im Internet, gleich die Rechnung mit dem regulären Preis vorgehalten und musste mit einer ausgedruckten Bestätigung anderes beweisen. Anschließend wurde der gebuchte Preis erhoben.Allerdings musste ich trotz Kreditkarte direkt per EC-Karte bezalen (und, wenn ich nur mit Kreditkarte ohne Bargeld reisen würde?). Von mir persönlich keine Weiterempfehlung.

Das Abendessen und der Service in diesem Hotel waren hervorragend. Ich muss sagen, dass ich mir für den Preis mir ein besseres Zimmer gewünscht habe. Das Zimmer lag genau an der Straße und man hat sowohl die Autos, als auch die Straßenbahn regelmäßig gehört.

Receptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage ist zentral aber doch ruhig. Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden. Mittagessen war sehr gut. Zimmer sind sauber. Da nur wenige Gäste da waren, gab es zum Frühstück nur einen vorbereiteten Wurst/Käseteller und Marmelade. Kein Rührei, kein Schinken, kein Obst. Am nächsten Tag wurde dies zwar angeboten, war aber gegen 8 Uhr bereits alles leer. Erst nach Anfrage wurde eine Portion zubereitet. Frühstück ist im Vergleich zum Burghof Hotel sehr dürftig. Die "Balkone" bestehen aus einem durchgängigen Gitter. Keine Abtrennung zu anderen Hotelzimmern. Badewannenabfluss war nicht ganz sauber.
