Alleehaus  

In the morning, I was arosed by beutiful singng of the wild birds in the yard of he hotel. A girl in the clork was kind nough to search the name of the birds for me.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but a loundry named "Himmelsbach" opens 8:30 and close 18:30. This time interval was incomvenient for me.

a bit expensive, no other facilities like lounge, bar etc. (just bedrooms and breakfast room.

I will go back to Alleehaus someday! The staff was SO friendly and helpful. I was really very very impressed! Great location and good clean facilities.

Quaint older hotel located about a 5-10 mins walk to Freiburg's old town. We had a large, clean & quiet room with nice modern decor updates & amenities. Breakfast was pretty standard, but, also offered a couple of delicious coffee cakes. Hotel staff was friendly, and fairly good with English. They suggested a very good German restaurant close by.

We visited the Allehaus on a Sunday in Sept. Please note that check in is 1-6pm., which is not noted on their website, or you may be stranded outside in the rain waiting for an employee to drive over & let you inside to check in. Unfortunately, booking.com does not tell you check in times until after the reservation is made. Despite this little glitch, I would stay here again. It's a great value close to old town, & is also a Rick Steve's favorite.

Lovely stay at the Alleehaus. Friendly staff, luxurious bath and comfortable quiet room. Perfect location for walking to the old town shopping and food were great and very close by. Highly recommend this lovely home away from home.

Great location on a quiet leafy street, but only 2 minutes walk from the action in the old town. Large comfortable clean room/bathroom.

Three storey hotel with no lift may not suit less able people. Currently a building site opposite but they don't start too early and shutting the window blocks out most noise. Will be fine once finished.

Good location, price good, good breakfast and free acess to wireless internet.

Some rooms have to share the bathroom and there is carpet in the room, which is not a good ideia if you are allergic.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Fantastic location with the city within walking distance. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.

Construction site directly opposite our room - earplugs not offered or mention of it on the website.

Shared bathroom, but I was prepared for that.

I was very pleased booking com called me when they learned from the staff of Allehaus that I couldn`t reach you on the internet and that I could cancel my first day. I did like the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the house and the very good location. A place to recommend.

Room smelled a little. Opening the windows for an hour helped.Very clean sheets, very clean bathroom (even if outside.

Sehr romantisches Kleinod im Herzen der Freiburger Altstadt. Ruhige idyllische alte Villa, efeu-umrankter Frühstücksraum mit liebevoll ausgesuchtem Speiseangebot. Herrenhaussmiente mit deinem Decor und sehr freundlich-persönlicher Betreuung. Kleine Theaterbühne gegenüber !

Es hat sich um ein interessantes Haus gehandelt, eine alte Stadtvilla. Sehr geschmackvolle Kunst hing an den Wänden. Sympathische Gäste sind zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes auch dort gewesen.

Die Einrichtung selber passte nicht zum an sich anspruchsvollen Gebäude und eben dem Wandschmuck. Aus den 70iger, 80iger Jahren und einfach mal renovierungsbedürftig, aber auber ist es auf jeden Fall gewesen.

Das Frühstücksbuffett war überraschend gut, vielfältig und reichlich. Der Zimmerservice war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer (im Anbau) wirkte ein bisschen primitiv. Der Anbau roch muffig.

Die alte Stadtvilla im Jugendstil hat unglaublichen Charme...

...umso schader, dass die Einrichtung sehr 0815 Hotel-mäßig ist.

Internetverbinding zeer traag en valt geregeld weg, op telefoon helemaal geen verbinding te krijgen. Kamer voor prijs wat mager. Kamer gehorig (tv van kamer ernaast te horen).

Grosses Zimmer, klein aber feines Hotel, gutes Frühstücks- Buffet

Mini Fernseher. Senderauswahl schwach.

- Die Lage: sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen. - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich - Die Zimmer sind gross. _ Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

- Spannteppiche - Rauhe Handtücher - defekter Handtuchhalter

Das Jugendstilhaus und das Frühstück

Manchmal war die Heizung aus. Wackelkontakt mit dem WLAN.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt und am Münster. Einen Parkplatz außerhalb des Hotels zu finden ist sehr schwer, da die meisten Parkplätze für Anwohner reserviert sind. Man kann jedoch im Hotel parken, kostet dann aber nochmals 9,-- Euro zusätzlich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Gerne wieder.

Gegenüber ist Z.Zt. Eine Baustelle. Da wir aber sowieso früh aufstehen wollten, hat uns das nicht so sehr gestört.

No te ascensor. Una lleugera mancança de manteniment. Bany molt petit.
