酒店接电话的员工不会讲英语。我提前一天发了信用卡扣授权书到info@allgaeu-resort.de，但是酒店没反应。朋友要check out的时候，酒店不让他们走，耽搁了半个小时多，耽误了下面的行程。

Sehr großzügiges Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragende Küche. Großer Pool, mehrere Saunen, Radfahren, Walken, Rodeln, alles super - selbst Schlitten sind kostenfrei auszuleihen. alles gut

Ideaal tussenstophotel naar de skioorden in Oostenrijk. We kwamen pas laat snachts aan doch even vriendelijk ontvangen. Omdat we pas om 4 u sochtends arriveerden en het ontbijt niet tot de middag opgesteld staat in het restaurant, werd dit zeer uitgebreid en zonder meerprijs op de kamer opgediend om 11 U. Nette en comfortabele kamer, geluidsarm. Er is een buiten of ruime ondergrondse parking beschikbaar. Nihil, na een tweede verblijf opnieuw alles volledig in orde en dit aan een zeer correcte prijs.

Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet für die, die Ruhe, Erholung , Entspannung suchen. Aber auch was Radfahren und Wandern angeht ist die Gegend zu empfehlen. Das Essen im Hotel ist hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage

Niveau de confort de la chambre pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix restaurant avec un personnel très dévoué. Le parking payant : c'est un peu exagéré étant donné la superficie de l'ensemble hôtelier
