The location is good and the staff is friendly.

The bed was dirty and the room smells horrible.

Location is good, ~10 minutes walk to the subway station. A lot of bars nearby.Two cute reception guys are really nice and helpful. Price is really a highlight.

Need to pay for the Wifi if you want. You can not sit comfortably on the bottom of the bunk bed since the upper is quitely low, no chairs also. But it's all right we just want to have a sleep there.

Cheap and good location. Spacious, clean and hygienic.

There are no separate showers (of course men and women are separated). This is not clear from the hostel's profile. You have to pay for wifi, the price is ridiculously high. The first morning they woke me up at 10am to say that I should check out, while I already payed for three days. The guy was not really friendly and didn't apologize afterwards. In the end, they made a mistake. I wouldn't have minded their mistake if they would have addressed me in a friendly way. --≫ There are better alternatives in the same area for the same price.

Excellent location for all those who like to know real Berlini, outside the touristic routes

Having booked a double bed private room we were given a 8 bunk dorm without any explanation or warning before coming. In the room the pipe of the building heater just passed next to one of the bunks making it quite warm but impossible to turn it off. But this was not as bad as having a toilette pipe in the room and listening to the flushes of the upper level all night. Being a mass hostel there's always a lot of noise in the corridor and the cleaning of the bathrooms is a bit harder to guarantee. Glad it was a only a one night stay

Day staff was really helpful and very polite in the other hand the night staff god that guy should not work with people , very rude to all visitors clearly he does not like what he does... A part of that you get what you pay for.

The location and the confort of my room were value for money.

The internet is not free and it's velocit is slow. Neither the breakfast could be bether: coffee and water for tea were not hot: its not worth E5.

Its very cheap place so u cannot expect luxery then its the best when u want to have place to leave things, take shower and sleep then go out and enjoy the wonderful city:)!

We were upgraded - lots of students but no noise over night. The location is not super central, but in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of good and budget restaurants and bars to relax in the evening. Connection with S-bahn and U-bahn is excellent. Possibility to cancel without fees.

Small thing: waiter quite angry at us for not emptying our tables after breakfast. The hassle could have been avoided if they made this policy more obvious (very small pannel).

The hotel did end up giving me a discount, but only after completely messing up my reservation. I booked an apartment and ended up having to stay in a dorm room with 4 small children. A lot of drunks around at all hours of the night, and I ended up going way over budget due to having to eat out and all the food I brought went to waste. Even with the discount, I still ended up being out a lot more money than planned.

There were a lot of drunk college students around all the time, all throughout the night. It was NOT a family friendly environment as advertised! A woman chased my husband for a full block with no shirt on at 9:30 in the morning! I will never stay at this hotel again!

It's rather central. Many cool places are at walking distances from the hostel.

Probably the one thing I didn't use and I would've is the breakfast. I didn't use it, because it was not too diverse.

I booked a private room for 2 people and when we arrived there we got a private 8 beds room for ourselves! That was quite funny ;d Anyway clean laundry, clean and new bathrooms, good internet service and pricing, great position in Friedrichshain, quite near to the U-Bahn. Also, not noisy at all for an Hostel..I'd reccomend it for groups of friends too..Definitely a strategic place!

Very friendly staff, choose your room wisely.. The apt is very cheap and very good. Don't know about the shared hostlils..

Ask for David.. Great guy .. Speaks many languages, professional, patient w turist which is hard to find in Berlin.

Morgenmad var kedelig, ingen frugtudvalg, ingen yoghurt, ingen toast.

De locatie is goed, midden in bruizend friedrichshain.

Het ruikt in het hele hostel erg muf, alsof er al een maand niemand in de kamers is geweest. De staff is onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Je moet betalen voor wifi, er wordt maar één handdoek geleverd bij een meerdaagsbezoek. Twee jaar geleden was ik hier ook, toen was de prijs veel lager en zag het hostel er nog veel beter uit! Ze laten het echt een beetje verpauperen. Erg jammer!

Dogodne położenie, bliskość stacji metra - jedyna zaleta.

Wnętrze obiektu znacznie odbiega od zdjęć z folderu. Hałaśliwa rura kanalizacyjna przechodzącej przez środek (każdego) pokoju. Prywatny pokój dla 2 osób w rzeczywistości oznacza 6 łóżek 2 piętrowych. Dodatkowym wyposażeniem są znane z Polskich świetlic robotniczych szafy metalowe zamykane na kłódkę. Także czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. O Telewizorze możemy pomarzyć. Opłata 1 euro/20 minut za wolny internet to już jakiś żart. Każda uwaga do obsługi "noclegowni" kwitowana jest komentarzem "to nie mój biznes". Uwaga ! Nigdy nocleg w tym obiekcie.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa posługująca się bardzo wieloma językami, dzięki czemu komunikacja była łatwa i przyjemna.
