Alma Schlosshotel im Grunewald  

We were most impressed by the hotel's friendly staff, excellent service, fine cuisine and lovely surroundings. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. An oasis in the city!

Superb hotel with excellent, attentive staff. Decor stunning. Food was delicious if a bit pricey. Dinner on the terrace was magical.

Had to wait a long time (1 hr) to be served at the restaurant when we had dinner however to be fair they were very busy at the time.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes altes Palais mit viel Atmosphäre und dem Flair vergangener Tage.wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und ein befreundetes Paar ebenso. Das Frühstück war sehr gut !!! Ich habe eine Gesichtsbehandlung gebucht, die sensationell war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !!!

Sí, aunque un lejos del centro. Se necesita taxi, o transporte publico para hacer cualquier cosa.

A distância ao Centro de Belin não incomoda a quem se dispõe a ter acesso por Táxi (10 a 15 minutos). Vale o custo pelo benefício.

Die Lage ist ruhig im Villenviertel Grunewalds. Dennoch ist man schnell per S-Bahn oder Bus in der City und fährt mit letzterem noch dazu über den Ku-Damm ins Zentrum. Das Hotel selbst ist toll designed - verbindet alt und neu - und bietet wunderschöne Ecken innen und im Park zum Relaxen. Das Service ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, selbst kleinste Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt - und während des gesamten Aufenthalts auch aufgemerkt und beibehalten.

2 kleine Anmerkungen: Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wird wunderschön im Wintergarten oder auf der Terrasse serviert, aber 26 Euro sind doch reichlich viel. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 3. Stock - es war geräumig, hatte aber nur ein kleines Dachlukenfenster, durch das in der warmen Augustwoche nur wenig frische Luft ins Zimmer kam. Eine Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, aber eine solche schätzen wir nicht sehr, wenn vor dem Fenster Garten und Bäume sind.

Kaminzimmer/ Bar ist Raucherzimmer!! Für ein Hotel dieser Güte und Preisklasse unverständlich ! Frühstücksbüffet ebenfalls unter Vergleichs- und Klassenniveau!

Der Charme des historischen Palais gepaart mit modernem Design. Die Lage in Grunewald, abseits der Hektik der Stadt.

I thought that the service was excellent and very friendly. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. I would hav e wanted the hotel package to include breakfast at no extra cost. Its proximity to cafes or other options for meals was not convenient and therefore breakfast and coffee or tea should have been included in the rate.To pay for these separately was too costly. Otherwise I would say that the hotel was perfect.
