Andrea was a gracious hostess. She spoke English well which helped with any issues we had. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with an assortment of meats, cheeses, salmon, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, tea, bread. Very comfortable place to stay and a clean room. Breathtaking views. Staff was very helpful, grounds were peaceful and beautiful. Nice lounge area with self serve bar.

Lady serving breakfast was clearly enjoying working there, the small touches around the hotel make it feel homely, would stay again!

No bar after about 8.00 but you can help yourself!

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Peaceful surrounds.

My bed was a bit narrow. Would have liked a bit more room to move around.

Incredible view from apartment, perfect breakfast served with feeling of beauty, perfect design of the hotel.

There is no any service in the hotel after 8 pm, but you can take tea or what you want from close restaurants and adore kind view from your terrace.

The location of the hotel is in a very pleasant residential area, approximately 10 minutes walk to the station (trains for Salzburg and Berchtesgaden) and the town centre. The hotel is nicely decorated and is a late19th century building with a garden area at the rear, along with a car park. The breakfast is of a continental style but you can get boiled eggs cooked to order. The continental breakfast covers a wide range of foods and some lovely breads and rolls. What made our stay so enjoyable was the staff. During our stay, it was noted by the staff that it was my wife's birthday and while we were out being tourists they left a small bottle of Sekt and two champagne type glasses in our room. The staff could not have been any nicer and helpful. The hotel is almost surrounded by mountains, one of which has a cable car to the top.

We stayed in the annex behind the main building both of which have no lift. Room basic but clean and comfortable. However, TV was the smallest I have ever seen ( I kid not in 2012 a 12inch screen ) Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Good location

Staff were very rude and not in the least helpful. When requested a weather transalation I was told to look on the internet. I was stunned with various responses in that the area draws a lot of tourists from around the world.

Good location, adequate parking (but not secured - seemed quite safe). complete breakfast. Reasonable value. Staff helpful.

удобное расположение - пять минут от вокзала и курортного парка. большой и хорошо оборудованный номер с небольшой кухней (электроплита, холодильник, чайник, кофеварка, тостер, вся необходимая посуда). нормально работающий wi-fi. отличные завтраки. очень доброжелательный персонал.

гесткарта бад рейхенхаля не дает особых выгод при поездках (в отличие от гесткарты берхтесгадена, по которой можно бесплатно пользоваться автобусами до кенигзее, хинтерзее и т.д.).

Милый, приятный отель. Персонал очень доброжелательный. С удовольствием провела свой отдых.

уютный, удобно расположенный( в 5 минутах ходьбы от вокзала. и вместе с тем тихое место. внимательная и дружелюбная фрау приняла нас и разместила. завтрак нам нравился очень-разнообразные виды колбас, сыра, фрукты, овощи, соки, мюсли, вкуснейший хлеб. ароматный капучино! и очень дружелюбный персонал. мы жили в аппартаментах-была вся посуда, для приготовления пищи, что было очень удобно.близость отеля к термам.

в этом отеле останавливаемся второй (и наверняка не последний) раз. очень удачное месторасположение и для посещения терм, и для прогулок по городу, и для пешего туризма. хорошие номера и завтраки, недорого.

нет обычной питьевой воды на завтрак. из 4 дней 2 раза были проблемы с заменой полотенец: один раз мокрые полотенца просто подняли с пола, сложили и повесили, в другой раз вместо банных полотенец положили обычные для рук. в прошлый раз никаких проблем с уборкой номера не возникало, поэтому надеемся, что это случайность.

Das Frühstücksbuffet + das freundliche Personal ist absolut hervoragend. Das habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Bleibt so, ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Meine Duschwanne bzw. Kabine, aber die wird nun renoviert. Ich bin gespannt. ;-)

Очень доброжелательный персонал, качественная еда, удобно и недалеко расположен и к термам, и к курпарку, и к клинике. В отеле все функционально, чисто и аккуратно.

Отличное расположение - близко к термам и недалеко (5 минут пешком) от центральной улицы. Номер просторный, чистый, светлый, с высокими потолками. Отличный wi-fi. Для 3-х звезд - отличный завтрак. Удобная постель. Номер понравился намного больше, чем в в Зальцбург Парк отеле, в котором останавливались прошлый раз (хотя по рейтингу тот выше).

Номер был на первом этаже рядом с ресепшн, а звукоизоляция весьма посредственная. Было слышно все, что происходит в коридоре (и наоборот, видимо, тоже). Но в отеле номеров не много, да и мы в номере не сидели, поэтому нас это не напрягало. В следующий раз закажем второй этаж.

Kleine aantekening: het was ons niet bekend dat de desk om 20 uur dichtgaat en de dienstdoende portier vertrekt.ik belde toevallig om 18 uur ivm vertraging tgv lange files. Ze Konden me toen uitleggen waar de sleutel en toegangscode lag maar anders........ Hotel moet dat expliciet aangeven.

Die große Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals. Ich komme wieder und kann das Haus wegen seiner Gastfreundlichkeit sehr empfehlen.
