Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely infinity edge pool with waterfall. Good food at the restaurant, short walk to town, located on hillside with cows, very picturesque.

Everything was fine, beer and staff and location, especially the restaurant! Restaurant is one of a kind and waiters too, very nice people and very friendly A bit old furniture and paid internet, kmon, its 21 century outside, wifi its like water or electricity, its not a paid option, its a necessity

Spacious room, with microwave, fridge & flat screen tv with bbc! & 2. Balcony with view of beautiful countryside in a quiet area. 10 min walk to centre. Young waitress at breakfast exceptionally friendly & most staff generally friendly. Useful guidance re free tourist travel however, we would point out that there are limitations to distances. Mentioned my wife's 50th birthday via booking form but no acknowledgement. No replacement of body lotion & coffee, creamer etc not replaced on 2nd day of our 3 night stay. No air conditioning, pillows a little soft. Welcome greeting in German & daily 'newspaper' in German for 2 days but English on last day.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen,. Bei einer Notsituation (ich musste ins Krankenhaus) hat das Personal hervorragend reagiert, so dass schlimmeres abgewendet werden konnte. Hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter Gute Parkmöglichkeiten Gute Lage für Wintersport-Urlaub Die Sauna hat nicht funktioniert am Tag, wo wir waren. In der Nacht war kalt und es gab keine zusätzlichen Decken Die Matratze war zu hart.

Die Wohnung für 3 Personen war sehr gut aufgeteilt. 2 Badezimmer, das findet man selten. Leider gab es nur für Pauschal-Bucher noch freie Massagetermine.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr schlecht. Die beworbene Suite war ein Appartmennt und war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet und nicht gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück musste dann bei der Suite extra gebucht werden für unglaubliche 18€ pro Person auch für Kinder. Der SPA Bereich war sauber und ordentlich aber viel zu klein und viel zu wenig Liegen. Das Essen im Restaurant war kulinarisch leider das einzige Highlight.

Bon hôtel, confortable, belles chambres Diner et petit déjeûner très corrects Accueil très aimable Malheureusement, l'endroit n'a pas d'intérêt, isolé, loin des lacs; Eventuellement une étape sur un parcours mais il y a pour celà, des endroits plus appropriés

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una struttura veramente bella, con un centro benessere di buon livello (solo il bagno turco lascia un po' a desiderare). Anche la cucina del ristorante interna è buona, ed il buffet per la colazione è vario ed abbondante, per tutti I gusti. Consigliato sicuramente.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sowie beim Frühstück. Individuelle Kundenwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Bei einer Fußball-EM darf der Fernseher nicht so klein sein. Dieser sollte dringend erneuert werden. Gut war, dass im Empfangsbereich ein großer Fernseher vorhanden war.

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле уже дважды. И это неслучайно. Необыкновенно красивая природа, прекрасное озеро, чистейший воздух, в отеле исключительно доброжелательный приветливый персонал, по-домашнему вкусное питание в ресторане, для нас важное-русскоговорящий обаятельный работник ресторана, а также уютный бассейн, близость Мюнхена , удобный и относительно недорогой транспорт-все это и еще многое-многое другое делают отдых в этом отеле просто прекрасным!

sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Lage angenehm ruhig, sehr schönes Schwimmbad, also auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu empfehlen Der Ruheraum in der Saune war recht steril gestaltet.

They have improved many things especially the restaurant. One can eat a gourmet dinner and relax on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff were excellent and very friendly. ie reception, restaurant, bar and grounds keeping. They need to update and replace some of the rooms fixtures. ie. carpets, couches and small tv's in the bedrooms with flat screens.
